I had a great experience here today! The front desk person and the x-ray technician were both kind, friendly and very competent. The place was clean and well organized. I dropped in at a busy time and only had to wait 45 minutes. Great care and service here!

The receptionist was really friendly. The ultrasound technologist was also very friendly, professional and helpful. The office is very clean and bright. I had an ultrasound done and the next day, my doctor was able to give me my results from it, so I appreciated the quick communication of results. Thank you.

I thank you very much, the health clinic that contributes to helping people, but Imagine west coast medical imaging needs to change. The employees who work in the reception do not know the method of dealing with the patient. These types of treatment must be stopped from their roots. People are sick who come here without their consent, and the receptionist says why did you not bring a mask in front of the patients I can respond to it, but I am a respectable man, and I do not want to respond to it. In any case, respectable employees must be brought to these places.

Avoid this place if possible, i went there with my hubby in May. The male receptionist was very rude to people getting mad all the time for no reason.. Also the lady who helped me with the ultrasound, she literally said nothing about my baby. I asked her if there’s anything problem with the baby and she only said one word “Nope”. The worst careless person I’ve ever seen:(After I asked for the picture for my baby and it was for the first time and we were so excited about it! BUT, She said their printer isn’t working at the moment so I gotta just have to wait til my doctor gets it. But we didn’t get the picture from the doctor because they never had sent. They literally don’t care about someone else’s beautiful moments, all of the people who worked there that day were not happy wanna go home so bad. You guys don’t belong there

Walked in for a leg X-ray. Super fast, super professional. Couldn’t have had a better experience. The x-ray tech Sophia was a delight and made an uncomfortable procedure as enjoyable as possible. 5 stars all around.

I don't even know how this place is allowed to operate. THE WORST EXPRIENCE of my LIFE!!!!I don't even want to give them a one star, but I have to choose something :(The receptionist and technician were really rude and had no sense of humanity. The technician did not say a word to me, it felt like I was seeing a robot. If this is your first pregnancy and first ultrasound to see your baby, please do not book an appointment here. They ruin this special moment for you and your husband. The technician told me I need to go in first and then they will call my husband. She was so rude, did no say a word to me the whole time and she finished the whole process so fast. It felt super rushed!!!They don't answer any of your questions, so please don't bother asking any questions and when they answer they are so RUDE.I don't get the good reviews!!!! How can anyone leave a good review for this place. Please do yourself a favor and do not book an appointment here.I was trying to drink lots of water before my ultrasound and kept putting my mask back on as soon as I was done drinking water. However, the receptionist SCREAMED, you need to put your mask on. UNBELIVABLE!!!!I don't even know if the results are accurate and they know what they are doing. I had an ultrasound at the hospital and it was so detailed. But, this place did it in 3 minutes.DO NOT BOOK THIS PLACE!!!!

They mentioned to me that the waiting time was about 45 minutes. It actually took just 20 min to take the X ray for 2 people in front of me. Another patient came in and they still mentioned 40 min wait time. It seems that they are pushing you out.... Technicians are amazing anyways!

Service was usually good here, but this time, I had Nadish doing 2 ultrasounds (one on my neck, the other a pelvic one -intra vaginal-). She was rude since the beginning for no reason. She insisted on doing the pelvic exam on my belly (when I explained that I have an ovarian cyst and clearly needed an intra vaginal one), she complained accusing me of not having water on my bladder when I chugged water all morning, she told me to go to the washroom to empty my bladder (which according to her was empty) and continued having this nasty attitude towards me. Once she was done with the pelvic ultrasound, she didn't let me dress up. She wanted to do the neck ultrasound right away and pushed my head in such a bad manner that I decided to leave this review and will probably submit a complaint since this is terrible service for a medical facility. What if the patient has a life-threatening condition or something? Her attitude is unjustified and disgusting, to be honest. I'm not coming back to that location.

Went here for ultrasound and after reading the reviews I was expecting rude behavior from the staff. I'm glad to say my experience was the opposite. I called in before my apt to see wait times because I was driving quite far to get there and with a full bladder I was not willing to stick around unnecessarily if I didn't have to. The gentleman answered the phone right away and said I'd be in on time. Once I arrived I was greeted well and checked in. The guy at the front went straight back to let the female tech I needed to get in soon..as it hit my apt time he went once again to grab her right away. The tech was very nice and not robotic at all. She was very calming and reassuring throughout my apt. I'm very happy with my visit. Thank you!

Very positive experience here getting an x-ray. Staff is efficient, took very little time. I’m not sure why so many people are complaining about attitude, everyone was polite and respectful. Their job is to take scans, not make small talk.
