The receipt they give you tells you to pick up your clothes by 8 PM, yet they were closed when I arrived at 7:15pm, now I gotta leave late for work in order to get my stuff on time

I went in and showed the seamstress a small tear in my Freddy jeans. Since they are so stretchy I wasn't sure how to repair them without damaging them further. she told me she could fix it right then and there, I waited in the change room, and in five minutes I was gone with perfectly repaired jeans.

The manager of the place is horrible. Had my dress shirt ruined by the dry cleaners they send it to but was told it was already like that when we dropped it off. For a $200 dollar shirt, not much we could do other than not use them anymore which we won't. My suggestion would be to take a picture of your shirt, if it's expensive, before using these guys for dry cleaning. They are very convenient for those who live in Valley Ridge but beware!The seamstress who works there is pretty good tho and very nice.
