The only reason I am not giving one star is because the labels themselves were decent, even though the colours did not stay true when applied to my packaging. The big issue here is that I had a problem with the date stamp that was provided as a solution, and rather than take ownership I was given the run around. The stamp does not come out legibly on my labels, and I have to throw away more than I actually even use! I left three voicemails and never heard back until I emailed them a week later. What has become clear is that my account is not important enough to them to provide a real resolution to the problems, and they will not respond directly to me without further emails to prompt them. Very disappointed in the customer service or lack thereof. Will not be using them again.

Kinsbrae is an excellent supplier! They are detailed and they deliver on time. My account manger listens and more importantly never makes false promises. If only all packaging suppliers operated this way.
