Not impressed with the staff or upper hand people. As they all call themselves management or supervisor. I went to grab dinner, when they cleaned the grill between 6:30-7 which is ridiculous, when it took me half an hour to find out they couldn't make food in drive thru, not only that when I had called to question it, nobody wanted to give there name and hang-up on me twice after yelling at me. I'll stick to the one in Sage creek way better service and they even go out of there way to answer my questions without another issues. I hope the owner see this because I was not the only customer who wasn't happy. They should just close this one if the team are like this.

Always gets your order wrong. We were told they wouldn't sell us timbits at 745pm because it was to late to make them.Just terrible. Every. Single. Time.Just don't.

It takes twice as much money to get a free coffee at Tim's, than it does at McDonald's! And their coffee is at least as good, if not better, than Tim's. Tell your corporate drones to get it together. It's no wonder McD's is taking a larger and larger share from you guys as time goes by.

They messed up OUR order when one of ground crew went and placed 9 orders, when i was able to get down that way later in the day to have the 2 orders replaced, I was questioned by the older lady wearing the black burka, her response to me was did we actually ordered large ice caps amd not med?" Seriously? Your staff messes up our order and you have the nerve to question me on what was actually ordered by us? Not even cool but disrespectful. Yet they hate being questioned or accused.Can't give zeros stars which is what this experience only deserves."

Ordered a bagel belt on a croissant, no egg to be found, not sure how you mess up your most popular breakfast sandwich by removing the breakfast.

Where did customer service and everything go? I use the app to order now as the language barrier for the drive thru is off the charts these days. Drive thru had at least 6 printed taped up signs including one on a sand barrel reading “Don’t put garbage here”. Ironically the top of the barrel and all around is covered in litter - think the customers are trying to give you a hint Tim’s?Any ways it’s become the new norm for the drive thru member to say absolutely nothing to you the entire time like you’re invisible throughout your Tim Horton’s experience and then silently hand you your items and close the window. Idk I’d rather have a “hi”, “bye” or be told off even to at least remind me of the times you had a staff member to remind you your human. Why not just have a drive thru ledge to put items on to completely remove any interaction at all if this is what Tim Hortons has become?At least McDonalds greets you and doesn’t give you the Tim Hortons vending machine experience.You can do better - raise the bar and stop lowering it Tims. I’ll post a video of it next time it’s hilarious

This is one of the worst Tim Hortons locations in Winnipeg. The service is awful. They have no clue about customer service. There hasnt been one time that they have all the items on the menu available. It used to be a good location but not anymore☹️. It’s upsetting since i live close to the area and I want to buy something and they never have it.

Today I went as usual and ordered 2 frozen lemonades and half dozen donuts, the cashier didn't even give me the option of choosing my donuts. Then when I got my order turns out the cashier heard I asked a single frozen lemonade, also when I got the donut box, as in the image, dirty. But it doesn't end there, when I payed for the other drink and got it, it had way less content than the other.Usually they rush but I've never seen that many flaws in service.

Worst Tim Hortons in the city. Staff can’t get a single thing right. Even with the new renovations it still feel gross and dirty inside. I’m all for closing this this location down. If you want Tim Hortons and you are in St Vital, Go to 835 St Mary’s instead.
