If you are new to KWC and looking for winter wear then i think this is the best choice. If you don't get the desired size or fit they have their app from where you can order and you will also get 20% on your first online order.

Their collection was limited and sometimes you can't find your perfect size. There are a lot of Mountain Warehouse shops/showrooms, but here I'm writing about Mountain Warehouse, Conestoga Mall Waterloo.There were some jackets and winter boots/shoes which I liked but I could not get my perfect size.

The prices here seem more reasonable than companies like North Face. The quality of their products are really good. Winter ski jackets for $250. I really like this store and i have to pop by every time I am in the mall! Would recommend this store to anyone that is an outdoors person. They also have lots of kids stuff.

Have been a Mountain Warehouse customer for years but never had had a bad experience until yesterday. As I went in to return one of the items I had ordered online in November 2022, one of the girls on the counter straightaway started mocking all the while laughing to the other girl that she has never seen such packaging. (The clothing was in a clear plastic bag, nothing odd, nothing out of the blue). Feeling odd, still, I ignored that comment and asked for the item to be returned. The other girl, without trying to look it up, just asked when did you purchase it. I mentioned in Nov, 2022. Enter the third person DAVE"
