If I could give a negative rating on here I would! Everytime I have a package from Intelcom, it never gets delivered on time. I’ve been waiting all day and then I’ll get an email saying attempted delivery! They won’t even give a call when on the instruction it says to call. Or when they call, and you missed it, they won’t try again. What’s worst is, you won’t be able to call them back because they will have no number on the caller ID. So make sure stick your phone on your body wherever you go. I wonder why is this company still on business when their employees doesn’t do their job right. It is so frustrating especially if the package is very important and you need it as soon as possible and paid extra to get it earlier. This company needs to hire a better staff that will do their job properly.

This is definitely the WORST carrier company and customer service I have ever experienced.The gentleman was nice and trying to solve the problem,but ,the lady ,can’t believe how rude she was and she was making things complicated and difficult in purpose even the gentleman was trying to help,looks like she is the boss.She is absolutely not suitable for customer service industry,This company need to change management and training their staff properly!Anyone know how can I avoid this shipping company for my Amazon shopping?I don’t want to deal with this lady anymore,so disappointed.

Intelcim wow I can tell you that the delivery was on time ,I track the package all the way home , I was not there to collect it are to sign for it but the package was at my door .mark I used other service but I was disappointed,. But intercom Express You a the boss.
