Super helpful, honest and great service. saved the day and our trip when Thrifty basically told me to screw myself on a reservation made a month in advance as no effort was made to hold a car to honor it. Got a great rate and a great car compared to all the other competiton. Highly recommended.

I’ve rented a car from this location several times and all I can say is that this place has never let me down. Their customer service is great and they are willing to go that extra step to ensure their customers are well take care of. I would recommend booking in advance to make the rental process easier. Overall very satisfied with the service and will definitely come back unless there is a change in management.

Her name escapes me ? The receptionist with two very different looks :) I was gunna give 4 stars because they don’t offer their customers curtesy ride home. The smiles she shared is worth 5 stars alone :)Car was clean and ready on time with a free upgrade that put a smile on my face.Thank You ! Very nice car ! That’s one way to advertise… I want one now ! :) I had no problems extending the rental. It was a breeze. Again Thank You ! I had an awesome experience and I will be back of course. Awesome Team at the Avis 72nd Street Surrey Location. Thank you for all the great service !

The rental was extremely easy online. However, the staff is extremely rude. We had rented a vehicle for the Newton, Surrey location - the lady working at the desk was very unprofessional and impolite.They were not accommodating at all which resulted in me having to cancel my reservation last minute for a trip I had planned.When calling the company office I received the same unprofessional service. The staff again was rude, was not familiar with company policy and was yelling.This was the the worst experience I ever had and was my first and last time dealing with Avis.

Not only were they accommodating when i needed to change my times, but the owner managed to acquire a brand new ford mustang convertible for me. Less then 400 kilometers on it! Dont let the small exterior fool you. I will for sure be a return customer. Thanks for the great time!

I had a car accident. A bad one. Avis helped us get mobile for a month and a half to get to doctor's visits and therapy. It takes time to heal so I wasn't driving but we really appreciated all that Avis had to offer to help us. Thank You Avis for our rescue.

I've used this location for weekly rentals, almost every week for the past year. The owner operator, Aseem is always friendly and helpful; qualities that also come through in his team as well. I've never had any trouble regarding insurance, credit card charges or availability of cars. I always get the car I need, in a clean condition, and occasionally a nice upgrade for being loyal. Thank you for a great rental experience, every time, without fail.

I had family coming over from overseas, and had originally gotten a confirmed booking for a family van from Thrifty around the corner; turns out they were lying and didn't have vans in stock.Avis here saved me from much embarrassment and inconvenience. They got me a nice 10-seater Ford Transit at similar price point, thoroughly cleaned, and for such a large vehicle, it was surprisingly powerful and fuel efficient. The family felt like it was a mini tour bus and loved their visit to Vancouver. I'd totally rent from here again. My spouse also gets Avis rentals for work from the Surrey Central location, and the service there is consistent as well.

Avoid dealing with Ahmed unfortunately the way he deals with the customers is a clear representation of his own problems. Avis group of companies should not hire someone with a passive aggressive behaviour, very indirect and manipulative actions have now caused me to rent from Enterprise.

We were in a tight spot as the rental company we originally booked with over a month in advance ended up not having any cars to rent and it was a super busy week so a lot of other places had no cars left. Our trip would had been ruined as we needed to drive a lot. Ahmed was fantastic, he was able to get us a car last minute and held on to until we were able to get there to pick it up.
