The service and your employees attitude towards customers are dwindling very short. For instance: the food is not as what should appear to be. I've ordered sautéed mushrooms on my smoky and would you know, the mushrooms looked like it was not opened from a can but also from the Walmart next door. The fries I bought were nothing but grease and had no taste at all. No ice for your fountain drinks and instead of employees trying to communicate with us as customers, they scurry off into the office and tend to their phones and I find that wrong and unprofessional. So, instead of giving your copy and pasted apologies and fix this problem. Otherwise have a big chat with the workers or don't open the facility at all. Agreed?

Went to try something new and honestly was big time disappointed..... I got this in the photo plus a diet bottled pop bc they ran out of diet pop from the machine so made it more expensive.(dietabic so kinda my only option other than water and some other choice which they didn't have much) A whopping 28 dollars bc I wanted a poutine instead of fries bc honestly I was feeling good about this place but sadly the poutine was soggy and the gravy was kinda watery and it was also cold in some areas I noticed so yea. The hot dog was okay that's about it could be better. If you want a hotdog maybe fries or poutine go to new York fries or somewhere else that's all thanks.

20 mins from order to get 2 basic hotdogs.Cook doing one order at a time, didn't know you couldn't put multiple orders of hot dogs on the grill at once. Literally cooking one hot dog at a timeCook throws food on counter and doesn't say what it is.Never again. Everyone in there look had the same thing, 25 mins for the guy beside me to get a pountine. 12pm @ june 30

Wow! Ive been to the fat Frank's hot dog cart before, but never the walk in restaurant, and boy was I surprised when I saw all the different things you can get! Of course being overwhelmed with the decision, I stuck to the main thing that keeps me coming back to FF. The chili cheese dog is my favorite, their in house chili is top notch! And the husband chose the Hawaiian dog, don't let the name fool you, that baby has a bite! I will definitely be heading back again!

EDIT: Seeing the response from this owner when they get negative reviews makes total sense now why the quality has gone down and the price has gone up. It's not ubers issue that the dog was rubber, the buns were old. That's a quality control issue and based on the response, your quality is zero...won't be returning, it's sad to see a business of 25 years be run by bad franchise owners.Just order uber from this location. Pet me preface that I've been to this location in person before and ate. Ordered a junior dog, Wall Street and pouting. The Junior dog was so tough, it was like rubber. My kid couldn't eat it, gave it to the dog and she could barely chew it. Its like it was taken from frozen, microwaved, then put on the grill to make it seem it was cooked that way, very disappointed. The bread for both dogs was stale. I'll go back in person and if the quality is the same I'll be sad.

The floor was sticky all over which was gross and some tables and chairs were dirty.. my hotdog was just ok, frankly I could have made a better one, especially for the price! A small cheese dog, a fat frank dog, one order of fries and a water was $20. NEVER will I ever go back!

The whole wheat bun was dry and falling apart and the weiner was burnt and tasteless and the cheese curds in the poutine were ice cold. Will never go back. Total waste of money. Also it was a ridiculous price for what we got.

Came in half hour before close, were told we couldn't dine in and had to take food to go. Fries tasted like re-dunks, like sitting around for hours and fried again just to warm them up. Smokies were only so-so.. bread was fairly stale and dry, condiment station looked like something germaphobes have nightmares about... not likely to dine here again.
