This is the slowest bank I've ever been too. Absolutely ridiculous. Going to take my money out of CIBC if it keeps happening and move elsewhere.

Girl at front desk (brunette or red head can't remember)Gave me a new card, and instructed me to follow the instructions on my APP to activate the card.Wasted 5 minutes and another 5 minutes from the call centre to tell me to go back to the branch.Can't wait till these people are replaced by A.I.

Manager of this branch Helena had really bad attitude. Usually guys are easy on old lady, but she make my husband so angry, his blood pressure jump to 170 even after back home. So for your own healthy, if you ever have to deal with Helena trevellick , please just run!

The branch doesn’t respect customers' time. I am a customer of CIBC bank and have three accounts and a safe box here.During the past month, I went four times to this branch to do business, and three out of four times, they opened the door with a 5 to 15 minutes delay. They are not organized and The managers should do something about this.

If i could give 0 i would. Come on CIBC only one rep for serving 20 customers ?????????? I been here five times for same reason since last two weeks during mornings and evenings. There was only one teller to help 20 customers and manager was doing nothing and sitting inside their cabin. PATHETIC!!!!

This bank need more people to work there, usually you need to wait a long time.People who work there had a bad attitude to clients. I am a students and I need to change to students account. I showed them my timetable and tuition that I paid. One teller said, it doesn’t look like it. What else could I do? Even I went to U of T website directly to pull those information up to her.

Visited due to card lock. A very young lady told me she cannot do this as she has to call Mastercard customer service and wait for 30 minutes. Asked me to go to another branches for help. I will and never come to this branch as it is useless

If I could give 0 stars I would. The worst branch ever! Seriously makes me want to close my CIBC acct after my experience here. Staff extremely rude and unhelpful. Staff would brush you off when you are not there for a sale, and they would say everyone is fully booked, when all staff have empty offices. Also joke of a manager. Avoid at all cost!!!

The last three times I've come here there has only been one teller and a huge line up of people. The lady in front of me went up to the teller and asked if he was the only one there. He looked her square in the eye and said yes. No apology for the wait. There's people sitting in desks behind computers and walking back and forth doing other tasks. They need to hire more tellers and prioritize their customers experience when visiting this branch.

I would want to give a negative rating. The most pathetic CIBC branch I have visited. Good for nothing staff - not friendly or accommodating AT ALL. I think they like to send customers back for tiniest of reasons so that they have less work to do. I got the exact same work done in another branch hassle-free. I have never experienced such a behaviour in any other CIBC Branch. I believe they are incompetent to handle situations and customers. Either the staff need training or need replacement. Never recommend to anyone.
