Shopping here has been a breeze. Customization options for glasses is a plus. The guy who presented it gave me ideas for future purchases on the first floor Sunglass Hut.

Worse experience, placed order online for pickup and got email ready for pickup, went to store they said sunglass head office is misleading customers and we don’t have anything ready at this point and it will be delivered to store probably after 2 days, just give us a call and inquire. Today I called the store , first employee picked up the call, didn’t even listen the matter and didn’t ask for name phones number or order and said will call you back with in 5 minutes. No cll back , tried again after couple ours another employee picked up and said we don’t know anything about order without asking even order details and same response i, I will call you after 15 minute, no call back until end of the day. Not recommended, store employees are not even ready to check or help the customer. I tried the same contact number of this polo park groun floor store, mentioned in my order details. Very disappointed.

went and got some nice shades, the lady helping was very helpful, i hope everybody goes here and buys a pair because you wont be upset and the service was spot on :D

I was looking for a pair of glasses vague hailey black ones. As I got in, a guy welcomed and was extraordinarily helpful. He called all the stores in cities to filter options for me, since this specific store was out of stock of them and also turned the whole store upside down just to get me the right pair. Loved the service. Defo recommend.

Worst ever experienced.. I bought my first ever expensive glasses.. and i didn't liked it never used it.. tried to exchange it.. Manager is saying damaged( scratch)..when I bought my mistake didn't paid attention. I was so happy.. impulsive purchase.. now i searched and found something i liked.. but I don't have budget to but another pair for my wedding.. i m so disappointed. I have pair that I don't like and no other option..

I had such a bad experience when I came here last week. The employee named Brandon was rude and aggressive when I was trying to find a pair of sunglasses. I wasn't sure what I wanted so I was just there to peruse the options and see what styles I liked, and he kept pushing different pairs on me even when I clearly stated I didn't like the style or they were out of my price point. I felt forced to buy something and that he was just trying to get his commission, not make my experience positive. No regard for customer satisfaction. I am so disappointed. I wanted to be able to come back to get new sunglasses, but after this I will not be coming back.Do better!

Outstanding customer service! I came in for a pair of sunglasses the other day and a pleasant lady (I think her name was Steph?) delivered phenomenal service; friendly tone, knowledgeable about the sunglasses, and overall a great interaction!
