They replaced the lower section of my roof. It was damaged by a fallen tree. They Replaced the wood decking as well. They covered the wood decking with ice shield and new shingles. The flashing and drip edge was also replaced. They did a very good job. They made sure that problems we couldn’t see such as rotten rafters and cracks around the chimney were repaired. The extra work was for a minimal additional cost. I was very pleased. They were on time and worked till the job was done and done right. They cleaned up and made sure I was happy. I highly recommend them. They are a new company but Drew has years of experience and will make sure your job is done right. He is very professional and a joy to work with.

I call this company to have a look at my roof that was leaking. Andrew was able to stop the leak and show me clear pictures of my roof and what was going on from his point of view. I could not believe it had gotten that bad. Andrew and his team stoped the leak and got me threw till the weather ended and then they replaced the complete roof. Ridge vent repair. Drew was referred by a friend and he did same day service. He worked in the rain and was detailed. He inspected the entire ridge vent and made repairs over and beyond the damaged 3ft of ridge vent. Very professional would recommend for any roof repair or new roof installation.

I recently hired Buffalo RoofTop Services to take care of a leak in my roof. Drew responded very quickly and diagnosed the issue right away. He stabilized the leak during a period of heavy rain ensuring the potential damage was halted. The subsequent repairs were done professionally and he went above and beyond to improve the existing flashing and prevent future issues. Despite the extent of the damage he was able to repair the area without the need for a full tear off. As the existing shingles had a lot of life left this was a great solution and more economical. Would definitely recommend for all your roofing needs.

I was missing a few shingles from my roof and my neighbor Drew mentioned it to me that he was able to repair the job. Instead of him trying to sell me a complete roof job, he told me I should be able to get many more years out of the roof I have.I was glad to get the interest of him doing the repair for the repair and not just for a complete job.The repair took him 45 minutes. He seems to me like he knows the trade well and seems like he enjoys it. If I have any roof problems he will be my “go to guy”!

Our house had wind damage resulting in a few shingles being blown off and flapping. Buffalo RoofTop came within a day of calling to assess the damage and possibly replace missing shingles. To our surprise Drew did not try to upsell us like many other companies we dealt with tried to do. Were told we had another 10yrs left on the roof and he would be able to do the shingle replacements. Drew also did do a full inspection and took care of every loose shingle that would possibly be a problem in the future. He went above and beyond what I expected and did so in a professional manner and cleaned everything up when they were done. Very satisfied of all the work he did and would recommend his services to any of our friends that would need roof work.

Andrew is very disorganized, flaky, and a brand new tear off roof leaked less than a year after construction so badly that we needed a complete new roof, new insulation, and a new ceiling as a result. He kept saying that he was going to come fix it. He'd promise a time and simply not show up, he'd say he was on his way and never show up without a word, or he'd try to come after dark late at night. After 2 weeks of begging him to fix the leaky roof, we had to hire another roofer to do another tear off plus ceiling and insulation replacement because it was so bad. We took him to small claims (he didn't show up twice-no surprise there) and we were awarded the full amount plus the cost of the interior repairs. We have yet to see the money owed to us.I have all texts between us and him, as well as more pictures. The judge was disgusted and immediately awarded us the full asking amount.If I could give zero stars, I would.The attached pictures are over a span of a few days. It went from two spots to the entire ceiling. My husband is a Roswell patient with compromised lungs, which the owner was aware of, so this became a medical threat (mold) to my husband.Edit 1: Sir, you lied through your teeth in court. Not only did you not show up the first two times, you were half an hour late the third time. Had I known I was allowed to have an 'expert' testify on my behalf, I would have arranged that. We are persuing the next step. Because of you, we are out almost $5000. Brand new roofs shouldn't leak. Bottom line, the new roof you put in leaked horribly. The pictures speak for themselves.
