Essential Massage

I had hurt my shoulder helping load a boat and it hurt for about a year. I went to see Pam and came out pain free. It hasn't bothered me since. I'm so thankful! Pam is a miracle worker!

Pam takes her time to talk with you and read your body language as well as listening to your voice. She then in turn works off of this to focus on what your body needs. She is gentle where needed but has no hesitant to work on that tough spot just a little more on if necessary. I always feel relaxed and refreshed in mind, body and spirit when walking out of Pam's.
