Excellent service, Repaired my dishwasher and my dryer. I was very impressed with the service tech who repaired my appliances. He was very patient with explaining to me about the service that was being provided. I have zero complaints and i will definitely contact this company next time i have any appliance issues in the future.

Professional and punctual. The technician should up exactly when he said he would he was patient and communicated with me via text while on site for my rental property. He quickly found the problem and was able to change one of the parts and repair it at a reasonable price. I would recommend him to anyone. Excellent service. Thank you.

IMPORTANT - STAY AWAY FROM HIM OR IT WILL COST YOU - $$$If there are negative stars I would put them in. Let me lay it out.My Samsung Dryer stopped working and so I based on Google Review found this guy Micah.He came a bit late the first time in May - not a big deal. Said the dryer just needed some TLC cause it is old (7 years old). He charged me $480 - no parts were involved nothing. I thanked him and even gave hime $10 tips.Then the worst thing happened - it entirely stopped working. I called him again and said now you broke it - he saidhe will come back and fix it. I chased after him for 3 weeks. Came back and took a look. Said he needs another part. Chased after him for another two weeks. Now we are in June.He came by - didn't fix anything and then he cracked my dryer door. The WORST thing was - he took off cause he broke it and didn't tell me he was leaving. HE DAMAGED MY PROPERTY AND ESCAPED.I asked him to refund me - he said he would have to deduct the part he got and his labour. Are you JOKING me?So I found an actual Samsung approved service provider, he said the dryer has been discontinued so there are no new parts to order. I have to replace my whole dryer!**SO HE MISUSED SAMSUNG LOGO ON HIS WEBSITE. I have reported that to Samsung already.I reported to Better Business Bureau. I have the picture of the cracked dryer door and captured on home cameras how he just took off. I will pursue through Small Claims Court.STAY AWAY FROM HIM. You see all his reviews - the names are not real. He bought them.
