Sumaiyah was an absolute treat to work with for my mehndi. She created something beyond my wildest imagination. Her attention to detail is incredible, and you can tell she is so passionate about every single event she works on. She definitely poured her heart and soul at our event too, and it blew everyone away. Everyone still talks about how magical it was that the hall completely transformed and actually felt like we were in Pakistan (based on the basanti theme we went for).She is very punctual in getting the venue set up. She is also very flexible and easy to work with. I would highly recommend dolidecor for any future events!

You will not find better vendors for your event! from the time you book an appointment through their website, they are so clean and professional to deal with. All the correspondence that i did with Sumaiya was super easy. She was so prompt and so understanding. Their work speaks for itself but the level of professionalism is just outstanding. You can tell that they take pride in what they do and they give the attention that everyone deserves during a stressful time of planning a wedding.

Honestly a nightmare of a team to work with. My partner and I booked them for our wedding decor, and they were so unorganized and unresponsive (it was taking more than a week to get any responses out of them and even those were often unhelpful) that we couldn't continue with them. Unfortunate, because their work might have been good, but during the stressful occasion of wedding planning, we didn't need a decorator who couldn't communicate.

I cannot thank Sumaiyah and her team enough for their beautiful work on my mehndi and reception day. For my mehndi I only had to tell her I wanted a Moroccan theme and she executed flawlessly. she took care of all the little details including mehndi themed centrepieces and the front entrance decor. for my reception I just gave her outfit colours and a general vision of what I wanted the backdrop to look like in terms of colours and once again the decor took my breath away. When you’re getting married you don’t want to be caught up chasing every single detail and Sumaiyah and her perfectionist eye understands that. I had nothing to worry about. I knew with her, the event would look nothing less than perfect. several people asked me who did my decor - her work speaks for itself. Just amazing.

The decor alone was good, but for the price we paid you would expect the customer service to be up to par. The entire process leading up to our reception was frustrating and unprofessional to say the least.As a small business owner myself, I can appreciate that particular seasons are busier than others. I was mindful of this when dealing with various vendors. However, there is no excuse for being unresponsive for over a week. This happened on multiple occasions throughout our dealings with the company.We attempted to confirm payment details for several weeks leading up to our reception (ie - cash vs chq). We were unable to advance payment until confirming these details of course. We were repeatedly advised by the Owner that she would get back to us and advise accordingly. Finally, a day before our reception, during the morning of our wedding, the Owner asked if payment had been sent. We again had to reiterate to her that she hadn’t provided us with confirmation of the amount owing. This isn’t something we wanted to deal with the morning of our wedding.In any event, she still didn’t confirm the total amount owing. So, I brought what I understood to be the balance to our reception. I asked in person whether the amount I provided was correct, and her response was “I’m not sure, I’ll have to confirm later and get back to you.”We are thankful for the final product, though it was a stressful and frustrating process compounded by a lack of professionalism.

A long overdue review for the great team at DoliDecor. I hired them for all my wedding events, and they had us impressed with everything they put together. My family was certainly demanding, but Sumaiyah did a great job staying respectful and delivering everything exactly how we had imagined. I would recommend them to everyone for the amazing work their team does!

Sumaiyah is a volcano of talent. I was adamant that the one vendor I would splurge on would be the decor but I wanted a 5-star decor vendor whose vision would be aligned with mine. I did not tell Sumaiyah how I wanted my events, I completely trusted her to bring it together and what a gorgeous job her team did in bringing it together. All my guests were stunned by the decor and couldn’t stop praising it. Thank you Sumaiyah and team for giving my wedding such a beautiful look. Even after one of the team members was injured when setting up, doli decor still managed to make the decor happen within hours- complete professionalism. I highly recommend Doli decor for all your event needs.

Sumaiya was nice & easy to talk with but before the wedding. I booked 2 events with Doli decor and when i was booking them I was promised the world from her in terms of decor & on the day off, my stage looked so ugly & all pictures were ruined for both my days. I didnt get what i had asked for or even envisioned. On my mehndi day, her and her team put bright yellow in my decor & backdrop when i had 0 yellow in my dress or in other things. She had promised to put decor outside on the table and did not put enough decor and the tables looked empty so my family had to put mehndi plates as fillers for the table.. the guest tables looked empty as well as the center pieces looked tiny on the table.The main day which was the barat- the decor was completely ruined as she put 2 random chairs and covered it with cloth…it looked so horrible that alot of guests noticed and even asked where we got the decor done from.. they were shocked when they heard it was done from doli decor.The center pieces were also crooked. Before my entrance my friends and family were like how they had to redo and fix so much because of how poorly everything was done.On top of all of this, we had to pay full price for this decor & their mistakes.It sucks because i put so much trust & money into dolli decor but did not get my money’s worth.. i wouldn’t recommend them someone else.
