Complexe récréatif Gadbois

One of the best recreation facilities in all of Montreal. Started going there years ago for the Olympic weightlifting. This center is pivotal for the community and does so much good.

This place has so many sports options. Never saw fencing and archery before :)

Why I like this gym? Been going there for 3 years and never had a problem with overcrowding. It gets busy at peak hours but what place doesn't? The gym is not a high end place with the newest machines and towel service, but it has a good balance of cardio machines, like treadmills, stair master, elliptical, bikes and spinners.The gym eqpt consists of mix of everything. They added a cross training rig about a year ago with squat racks (no dropping weights), along with the usual weight training machines, dumbells and benches, and bench press stations.It is located in the Sylvio Mantha hockey arena complex just off of the lachine canal and has a 25m indoor pool that belongs to city. Also in the same complex are many other classes and activities and seperatley a true weightligiting gym! Price wise a yr membership is approx. $20/month... wouldn't go anywhere else.

Gadbois. This place has everything Athletics. From speed skating 2 weight lifting and everything in between. Plus my son played hockey there for quite a few years For the hurricanes

Great public pool. Large south-facing windows let in lots of natural light.The changerooms are clean and well lit.

Great easy going training gym. Not expensive. No services apart the guy that can recommend how to to an exercise or which exercise to do. If you know what you are doing,it is a good place.

Nice rinks, terrible complex. No parking. No easy way through complex because they lock doors at random. Complex is confusing and dark. Showers range from scalding hot to freezing.

Nice arena,but don't ever sharpen your skates at their skate shop. I paid 7 dollars to sharpen my sons skates last week,he stepped on the ice for a practice and his skates were the worst I have ever seen.Very bad sharpening, I had to re do them a proper sports shop.

Played here Batam AA against Mario many moons ago....has this place changed!

Great old sports complex (nice retro vibe) with big gyms, small training rooms, etc. Pity the pool has been closed for years. Lots of different clubs use the facilities.
