I came to Dundas Euclid Animal Hospital when they first opened over 20 years ago and they have given exceptional care to all my cats. They have been with me when I've had to make the heartbreaking decision to let them go" and guided me through treatments to keep them well - never up-selling or pushing procedures that might not actually benefit my cats. All the staff are warm

The Staff at Dundas Euclid Animal Hospital are always friendly, helpful, professional and most of all compassionate. They are always patient and answer all my questions. The clinic has gone out of their way to accommodate my requests.I know Hank and Eddie are always in good, caring hands and will receive top notch care.

Huge THANK YOU to Dundas Euclid Team, specially Dr. Rochford. Our puppy was sick for more than 1 week and after going to 2 other clinics, multiple tests with no answer/result we were advised to try this clinic. The staff was very friendly, listens to our concerns and kept us informed all the time. After bringing our dog back home he start eating right away and now, after 1 week, he is perfectly fine.Thank you very much for helping our puppy. We will definitely return in the future and we will recommend this clinic to anyone who needs it.

I had a dog that was so well taken care of by Dundas Euclid Animal Hospital that when I got a new puppy, there was no doubt about where I would go for her care. The staff and doctors are first and foremost animal lovers and everyone is professional, polite and accommodating. Fluffy Tails grooming are awesome and my dog always comes home looking and feeling great. I highly recommend Dundas Euclid Animal Hospital!

I’m very upset with this clinic. I’ve bringing my pet over 10 years with them, and related to service I’ve no complains. But now my dog got sick and I called them and they’re not able to make a exception and see him in a moment of emergency. They don’t hesitate to book when is just to book app for shots or exams but when you really need cannot be relied. They’re a team with veterinarians that could see him or even try!

Technicians were really nice and friendly but the vet Dr. Smith was not helpful or friendly. My dog is rescued and he is fearful which I clearly indicated prior to his appointment. His Vet was not prepared to handle fearful dogs. Our dog was stressed out, we wasted time and money.

so beyond grateful to have found these guys. a few years ago my sphynx cat had an accident that severely injured his leg. the emergency vet clinic was initially suggesting amputation. I took him to this clinic and dr roman performed reparative tendon surgery on my cat and he made a full recovery - you would never be able to tell his leg was injured in the first place. recently my new kitten was falsely diagnosed with a very scary disease at the emergency vet clinic. it was the scare of a lifetime. everyone at dundas euclid AH was the most supportive and caring during this time. they would call us daily and check in on him, consistently going above and beyond to make sure he had the best care and was making good progress. we did a retest and luckily he’s ok!! these are people who truly care about animals. will be forever thankful !

My husband did one right thing for once by choosing Dundas Euclid Animal Hospital to be the vet of our beloved 15 year old Mylo many years ago. He has had different vets there all these years but lately Dr Asotra and Dr. Roman did an amazing job making sure he is doing well in his seniority. Their administration team is also so easy to talk to, quick to follow up and prescription refills are a breeze. The vets and staff have spent a great deal of time talking to me by email and on the phone and I have never been charged extra for that which shows me they truly care. Long overdue review and thank you for all you do for Mylo and us : )

I've been bringing my pets to this clinic since the late 90's, they have been very kind and helpful with all the beasts I've had over the years, and it continues with the incredible attention they have given to my giant geriatric Mastiff. I have total trust that they will give him the best care possible.

I never leave bad reviews but my experience here needs to be shared so owners know how to care best for their pets. I called Dundas Euclid Animal Hospital in hopes for some insight and trusted reassurance regarding my dog’s inguinal hernia that she was born with. My original vet was away on vacation so i had to outsource another vet who had experience in this type of hernia. On the phone, I was assured that the vets here specialized in these hernias. I took my dog in, they examined her for 10 minutes and then told me to see a specialist instead to fix the problem. The vet was very kind but told me that if this was her dog, she would see the specialist that they recommend as they feel that the surgeon at Dundas Euclid wouldn’t be able to take care of it as safely (despite telling me beforehand on the phone that they perform these repairs regularly). Additionally, they told me that the hernia must be repaired and that there’s no possible way it will go away on it’s own. I left feeling very disappointed as all they did was refer me to someone else and still charge me over $130 for the consultation. I tried to stay positive and thought “well at least I got a good referral out of this”-The referral took several days to receive and provided me with an estimate of $7000.00, an estimate that is unheard of for this type of hernia repair. I have spoken with several vets since this day and they’ve never heard of this price in their life. Nor can I find an estimate like this on google. I was devastated and terrified that I wouldn’t be able to come up with the money in time. Fast forward 1 month later and I take my dog to a vet outside of the city (strongly recommend doing this in order to access fair pricing) who also specializes in hernias. We get there, the vet thoroughly examines my dog and tells me that the hernia has completely repaired itself. He says that young puppies’ hernias repair themselves all the time if they’re under the age of 1. The vet at Dundas Euclid told me this was impossible. I am extremely disheartened by my entire experience at this place. They were pushing me to put my dog into an extremely invasive and dangerous surgery in a profit-driven manner all while her hernia repaired itself a month later. This would’ve been an incredibly risky surgery for my 4.2lb dog. If you’re reading this before your visit here, save yourself the anxiety and money of receiving misinformation about your pet.
