Has policies that does not make sense. We are on phase 2. The mall has not opened with 100% capacity. Huge line up. They discontinued the curb side pick up! Wasted my time. Standing on a long line, which I dis not want to… managers have to understand people’s urgency and needs.

Poor and rude customer service. There was promotion going on for 10$ coupons for every 25$ spent. i paid 2 bills worth of 33$ and 46$ with in 15 mins of time and received 2 coupons of 10$ each. Asked the person at counter to consolidate both the bills. so that it comes to 79 dollars and I get 3 coupons. Person at bill counter became rude and said no. When i went to ask another employee at the store, it hurt her ego of person at bill counter and she turned really mad. Finally she said she is giving 3rd coupon out of courtesy.. It is my money spent and I don't expect any courtesy. I strongly recommend people to visit Carter's at other locations but not the one at square one mall. Customer service at this location doesn't have any ethics and egotist..

A good store with a large variety. You can find sale going on at this time.

I had a terrrible experience. I went shopping for snow suits for my lil one. I usually go to trinity branch which is the best and has extremely helpful and nice staff. But branch at square one is the worst one. Usually at other branches we are greeted and asked if need any assistance but here there was only one lady in entire store who was busy with setting other things and least interested in helping. When she finally came I asked her if she could help and guide about sizes as last time I was told by a staff at trinity branch that I should size down for snow suit. So I was just making sure but this lady responded rudely that she has no idea and it’s not her job and I should know myself. I wasn’t asking her randomly what size to pick for my child obv I know that but just wanted to know if she recommended sizing up or down but man she just brushed me off. I mean I understand maybe she is having rough day but you don’t take it out on others. If she didn’t know she could simply say she has no idea. I ended up not buying from there and took my business to children’s place at the floor above it.

When I went to the store at square one-store number 3665 in Mississauga. The manager asked me if I needed help and instantly threw me attitude, when I asked her if she can help me locate the boots in size 5 when I told her the reason why I couldn’t be looking around the store was because my son stroller didn’t fit through the isles. She just kept telling me,No we don’t have that size, No,we don’t have these boots anymore, No,I cannot help you and the way she said it to me was very aggressive. I will not be going to that store anymore due to the lack of respect they have for customers and I felt as if I was turned away.

I agree with krish below, very poor service . I had a gift card and work perks to use but can’t get past Carolyn ‘s customer service to use it. No problems using it online tho. Perhaps a better model for this store is online. Won’t be returning .

Love the variety and the quality of the clothes. Great customer service and good prices.
