Adam's Airport Inn

Very clean, comfortable rooms and pleasant atmosphere throughout. Front desk staff are very friendly and efficient. Great breakfast layout with many choices. Only 7 minutes from airport. I have stayed here many times and always look forward to a return visit!

Since around 2005, this has been my GO-TO hotel in Ottawa. Not a better deal in the city. I stay here about a week EVERY year. You used to have to up or down one short flight of stairs to get to your room, BUT now they have a lift. It is run by Christians and the care, courtesy, kindness shows. A great hot breakfast. All day coffee. Clean comfortable rooms. Very accommodating for business or personal travel. I will probably stay on 3 different occasions again this year.

We have stayed at Adam's several times over the years. It remains consistently excellent in many areas! The rooms are spotlessly clean, very spacious, and quiet. All the employees are friendly and accommodating: front desk, head cook, and housekeeping. They go the extra mile. The parking lot is well maintained in the winter. Breakfast is generous and phenomenal ! I fail to see why it is considered a 2 star hotel. It should rate as a 5 star!

Adam's Airport Inn is a wonderful place to stay. The rooms are very nice and so clean. The front desk gentleman was friendly and check in was so easy and fast. You are able to park your car in their lot while you are away which is very handy. There are benches outside to sit and relax plus there is a restaurant next door with delicious food. Just an overall wonderful experience! I have stayed at the Hilton Garden Inn at the Ottawa Airport and it doesn't compare to Adam's Inn. Take my word for it. This is the place to stay!

Great value and nice stay. We came to check out the tulip festival. This hotel is well maintained and clean. The rooms are spacious, quiet and the breakfast is adequate. The breakfast room was also clean and bright. The hallways are brightly lit and also wide. Beds were comfortable but would be nice to have more than just 2 pillows per double bed. The carpets are a little worn and of a dark colour which I feel makes the room feel darker/older. I realize it’s hard with high traffic etc but something for the next upgrade perhaps. Lighter bedspreads would brighten things up I’d think. They do keep on top of things as I noticed pretty recent windows. Heat works well and is pretty quiet as can be noisy with older properties. TV works well

Great value. Clean rooms, comfortable beds, very convenient to leave your vehicle for a few days and the staff are the best. Friendly, helpful and exceedingly accommodating. Taxi to the airport arrives dot on requested time.

This is my go-to hotel when staying in Ottawa. I met the owner - great guy who chats with the guests and makes them feel welcomed. All the staff are great and friendly. Great service, consistently fair price. Rooms are clean and quiet. The Windows actually open to let in fresh air. Staff are very friendly and helpful. They always seem to have a room for me when I call with only a few hours of advanced notice.*** I feel safe and comfortable here... so will you!! ***

Fantastic for a quick and easy exit to the airport. Rooms are a little dated and the cleaners go heavy on the carpet deodorizer. Very quiet at night which is great!

Great clean hotel with wonderful staff. They make you feel right at home. They are quick with any questions you may have. They have a nice hot breakfast selection that is included in the rate. Good location with lots of options for dining, banking, shopping etc. I would highly recommend this hotel over any other hotel in Ottawa for best rates and customer service. Been here over a dozen times and never had 1 complaint.
