Hamid Mirsanaye listened to what I needed done, gave me a quote and then went and got the parts from Home Depot. He came back and installed the garage light timer for me. He did a good job with friendly service. Thank you. I will use Expert Electric again.

We have contracted Expert Electric on two occasions before and were very satisfied with the work the service person did. The company also sent us occasionally on line, some helpful suggestions regarding our residential electric fuse box and other areas of concern.

It was an emergency call out due to a bad reno and the gentleman came out immediately within 20 minutes and let me know that the person who was working in my home well that was he not good. Not only did this company come immediately and helped me and saved me thousands and thousands of dollars preventing blown appliances. But the bill was so small and inconsequential that I'm just overwhelmed with gratitude

We called Expert Electric soon after COVID-19 struck because we needed to upgrade a fuse for a new treadmill. They came out and were careful to use proper PPE and physical distancing as they did the work. They were prompt and professional. That treadmill has kept me sane during quarantine, and I’m grateful to them for serving us during this challenging time.

Called Expert Electric and the came the next day and fixed the problem, working very quickly and upgrading the materials to create a better finished job. The technicians was polite and efficient and very professional. I was so impressed, I agreed to become a member, which gives me a price reductions on any future jobs plus a priority service. Expert Electric represents themselves as nothing short of professional. It was refreshing to once again receive top quality customer service in a time when customer service seems to be lacking from so many organizations. The company offered a free quote when I called a booked an appointment to come to my home in short order with the additional offer that the work may be able to be done that day. This was followed by a follow up call the day prior to the appointment as a reminder and then Scott called the day of prior to his arrival providing estimated arrival time which was exactly as promised. On site Scott was extremely professional, was able to do the work the day of at a reasonable and competitive price. I then received another follow up call from Expert Electric to ensure I was pleased with the work. Overall a company I would recommend and use again without question. Thank you Expert Electric!

The technician that came was promoted, courtesy and knowledgeable. He looked at the job, gave me a quote and after I agreed, he set to work. My new smart thermostat works perfectly. I won't gladly use this company again and I highly recommend them to anyone needing electrical work done.

Excellent customer service by phone and by the electrician who did the repairs. He explsined what was working, what was not and how much it would cost to fix the items. Very professional and knowledgeable . Have highly recommended Expert Electric to my neighbours.
