Mark Riley has provided amazing customer service he went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. When my car was completely dead, he went out of his way to come to my house and look at it a number of times. He continued to work on my vehicle until the problem was completely resolved. He is professional and honest and can be trusted with your vehicle. J'ai eu un super bon service. J'ai fais affaire avec Mark qui en plus d'être sympa il fais du super bon travail. Je luinaindonné une petite luste de se que je voulais faire et après son inspection, il a même trouvé des choses que je n'étais pas au courrant et qui devaient être faites. Il m'a fais un estimé et nous avons parlé de ce que je voulais faire dans la liste.Bonne communication!Il m'a aussi montré toutes les pièces défectueuses et le prix pour les réparations était juste. Il a même fait quelques petites choses sans me le charger. Je le reccomande à tous. I'm not one to take time to write reviews but this one is well deserved!Friendly, inexpensive, and honest, these are the 3 most important things I look for in a mechanic. I have brought my fleet vehicles for repair numerous times and have been more than satisfied. He was also able to repair on my snowplows, and when needed I was able to phone him to get a quick over the phone diagnostics on emergency plow problems I had recently. He seemed more than happy to help me out and didn't make me feel like I was a bother A1 all the way !FYI, If you want to get off on the right foot, bring him a Timmies triple triple :)

Mark Riley is a pro when it comes to fixing cars, diagnosing the problems, and getting the job done in a timely manner. An honest and very experienced mechanic with a strong knowledge of electrical systems. I highly recommend him! A+++

Mark is the best in the business. Incredible customer service at unbeatable prices. No joke. On one of my visits he took the time to fix my hood latch at no extra cost. On another he fixed an idling issue I was having at no cost. My rocker panels we're rusted out pretty bad. Instead of just doing patchwork to fix it he cut out the entire piece that was compromised and put in a brand new piece of steel. Better than the original steel by far and finished it to perfection. Takes customer service to the next level. Good mechanics are hard to find but fantastic mechanics are near impossible.
