Community Garden

Run, don't walk. My girlfriend and I have been living here for 5 years with our pets and have been trying to escape for 2. It's becoming clear the landlords are trying forcing us out because we pay less rent than new tenant on the same unit type.There are bugs, constant invasions of privacy and intrusions, HORRIBLE Super Intendants that offer zero support in ANYTHING. Even maintenance in impersonal and lazy when things are brought to their attention.The property grounds are always a mess with anything from needles to broken glass everywhere, including around the park for children. Recent construction has gutted the entire property so there is no grass to be seen on site. This pet-friendly building has costed us countless vet trips in cuts and random abrasions from glass and garbage.Honestly, moving here has been THE SINGLE BIGGEST MISTAKE of my life and every day we're stuck staying gets worse.

Building is great but i find superintendents very rude.

Recently renovated building. I was impressed by how clean and modern it looks. I was expecting something dingier. Close to shopping and a ton of great little cafes and restaurants.I’d definitely check out the building if I was looking to rent in the area.

Great community, Friendly people,feels like Canada. And ofcourse the mall & grocery everything’s near.
