Someone from Dixon called me out of the blue to offer their services. The guy's speech was so good I bought a 3 years packages for $750 to collect unlimited clients during that period. All I got from Dixon after 3 years is zero service, zero collection and I'm now 750.00 more in debt. Don't waste your money, zero power what so ever.

I decided to use Dixons service after having alot of issues with my clients. After getting nowhere for over a year dealing with it myself, my options were limited. Im not sure what Dixon has done, but I have started receiving payments from them finally. I am very happy with the outcome. It proved to be an excellent decision.

Dixon called me about 6 months ago asking us to sign up for their services. At first we just blew them off. But after having a very large account go stagnant, it was worth the risk to us. We called them back to try out their services. After signing up, they were able to start getting payments from my customer. It will take quite awhile to recover all funds, as the payments the customer is paying isn't what I would like it to be, but it significantly better then we were getting before, which was nothing. Dixon was easy to deal with, and the cost aren't outrageous. I will continue using them for my problem customers.

I own a craft supplies company, and often I ship out product without complete payment. Most of the time it works with no problem. It inevitable that some people wont pay up. For my outstanding balances, I send the information to Dixon Commercial, and they deal with the rest.

This company sent me a threatening email out of the blue telling me I owe my condo management a fee while my balance is zero as I have direct debit set up. I am not the only one in our building that received this absurd email all of a sudden. It is really disturbing to receive this kind of emails with threatening tone that they will post the “account” to my credit report which will affect my credit rating..

They have absolutely no legal collection power in Quebec. You’re better off in small claims court. I gave them several clients to collect and the results were null. Don’t waste your money

You tried to steal from a woman who accidently transfered her hard earned money to you. She was trying to pay her tax bill and you ignored her for two months. She didn't even owe you any money and she was not subject to any collection. Just read the story in the news and the only reason you returned the money was because she exposed you. This is all I need to know to confirm that you are not an honest company. I would advise everyone to stay away, and I'm posting this as a warning to others who may not have heard what you did.

Terrible service. I regret spending money on this agency.They never provide you with any updates, I always have to call them to find out anything new. They have changed agents on me several times, and the agent is always new to the file". I don't think they are even trying to collect.Each agent tells me they are trying
