We recently used Mike to sell our home. He came and explained what and how some of the rooms should be set up for the best presentation. We took his advice and he had a professional photographer take photos of the house. The house was listed for one day and an offer was made right away. It all happened so quickly and seamlessly.Mike had already been showing us houses in the Merritt area. It was so cool to see that he showed us stuff that we needed to think about.
