Fresh Fusion

We recently ordered from Fresh Fusion for an all staff lunch and the food was AMAZING! Everyone was raving. We had a variety of pressini sandwiches, chicken cesar salad, a power veggie type salad and a fruit platter. The staff worked with us to cover special dietary needs and were so friendly and accommodating. It was a large group they were catering for and the order was still warm and on time. Really can't thank them enough. So good!

I ordered a pressini specifically because it comes with a free soup, but their soup was not ready, and it was past 11AM. (they open at 10:30). The counters were a mess, the girl was refilling the food without gloves, the staff wasn't overly nice considering the inconvenience of no soup, they ended up offering me free nachos. I got back to work to eat my sandwich, and it was terrible.I love the idea of fresh and healthy food... this place is so not worth it!

Confused with all the bad reviews! I just went to this place today for lunch for the first time. One of the employees recommended the Pesto Chicken wrap. The wrap was excellent - the ingredients were fresh and the chicken had an amazing flavour. The wrap came with a free lentil soup which was also great. For $9.70 (tax included) it was a great deal for fresh ingredients! Would recommend.

I'm usually apprehensive about eating at places rated less than 4 but since I've just started work across the street, I'm glad i made an exception for FF at lunch today.Walked in around 1:10 and only one table was occupied so it wasn't noisy at all.I ordered a Chicken Tijuana Pressini and was given a complementary Lentil soup.The pressini was pretty decent, the foccacia was perfectly toasted and toppings - sauteed peppers, caramelized onions were fairly adequate..my only concern was the cheese not being fully melted, I would recommend they grill the chicken and cheese together then throw it on the foccacia with the toppings into the presser. Soup was 3/5, a little too watery, I like my lentil soup to be more thick but then again it was complementary so it gets a pass.I was pleased by Marcus' service, a friendly face always helps and he was courteous enough to ask how it was and if I needed anything..I wouldn't have known he was a new hire if he hadn't told me - hang on to him.All in all, decent value at $9.82 (tax included) - a 4/5 experience for me, I suppose not much more you can ask for at under $10 value lunch. Will probably be back in a month, hope its a little better by then!

The lady who prepared our food was super efficient and extremely nice. We ordered the Metro Steak and Cheese Pressini, and theSteak Supreme Wrap, and she let us know that both come with a free lentil soup. We said we only needed one soup, but she reminded us a couple of times that we can get two. The food tasted good, and while the steak was cooked all the way through, it wasn’t tough to chew.

Absolutely Phenomenal!If you are having a tough day, and you need a bit of comfort, the chicken milano sandwich is worth writing home about. It is so good. I look forward to it every week!

I have gone here several times in the last week. I have tried a panini, the cobb salad, and one of the wraps. The food is excellent. It is fresh and properly made. It is a cut above in taste and quality over other fast food places.

Best catering service for Richmond hill, Markham and downtown. Best salads, sandwich and wraps.Always use you guys for our catering needs.

Not at all worth the price. Very gross.EDIT*** excuse me... I sound like a what?! You would like me to be specific? Okay, I had the pesto chicken wrap, the peppers were soaking wet, looked as though they had been frozen then left out to thaw before serving, the chicken was the type would you expect to find at subway (not fresh at all, or even chicken at all), the wrap had clearly been frozen before being served, and there was so much mayo it soaked through the wrap and fell apart. There was NOTHING fresh, or tasteful about it.I also had the chips and guac. The guac was brown, looked like it was processed and squished out of a tube. NOT FRESH.The price is outrageously high for this poor of quality. From your name, I expected healthy food made with fresh ingredients. Not what I received.Also... how dare you leave such a disrespectful comment to a customer. If you can't handle being reviewed, you're in the wrong business sweetheart.TO ANYONE READING THESE REVIEWS DECIDING TO EAT HERE OR NOT... DO NOT GO. Not only will you find gross food... you'll get sassed by the staff if you leave your honest opinion.
