I’m going to figure out how to post this video I have taken while going through this locations drive threw. First off, was cut off from speaking and placing my order 4 times, given a harder response of less passion each time and I’m a friendliest well mannered dude. Second, I said thank you 4 times and didn’t get a response, indecent looks. Then over heard the staff, gross content. Then witness the member at the window pick his nose, and flicked it. Only then to witness him turn his back to his fellow workers to finish the dig within. Ovb threw out my food. Like I said I have video of this as I felt like this was one of those YouTube moments right at the start, anyone able to help me post this video I’d like your help. Just gross peoples. I get it, but this dude has no shame nor did I feel any different from the others. Makes me feel like I can easily expose this place the next time I visit only to prove hygiene issues for my fellow Canadians.

Food was delicious! we got the junior cheeseburger, spicy chicken wrap, a side Ceasar salad and two iced coffees. We went through the drive through and the customer service was great! Will definitely come here again. Also the price is incredible. I should have taken photos but I ate it to fast.

Extremely slow wifiIf you're in need of wifi, go elsewhere. They don't have your standard Wendy's wifi" it's locked and under a different ssid then Normal

I was here today and there was confusion around the app order. Apparently my order went to a different store. I was hungry and frustrated but, the manager, I assume, gave me my order without cost and asked that I call their head office and have the funds transferred. I was amazed that this person bent over backward to facilitate me. You've earned a customer for life, I'll be back.

Very bad customer service!! I went into store to order . Its around 11 pm doors were open so i went inside to order. The guy came and was taking my order suddenly another girl came and she started talking rudely saying that store is closed for dine in and terminals are closed too but I wondered if the terminal was closed then how the other guy was taking my order. The girl was so rude and then i asked her if i can use the washroom she said “uh can’t bcz its cleaned” . I mean is she having any mental issues or something ??? She don’t have any idea how to talk with customers . I don’t believe Wendy’s hire these kind of employees who have so poor customer service experience. I have read similar reviews from other customer facing same problems so I don’t know why she is still here.

We usually go fairly late (midnight) and are always greeted friendly and polite no matter how close to closing time we are. They always get the order right and food is fresh. A nice change from other fast food restaurants. They know customer service and quality.

Better experience at this location than the disgusting Huntsville location.Employees clean, and efficient, cheerful and accommodating.Food was hot, and delicious...and we didn't feel nauseous after eating here! Bravo Wendy's in Barrie!

Honestly probably the best Wendy's I eat at. They're always fast, organized and seem to be well managed. Can't say the same for other locations ahaha, way to go guys!

Totally disgusted with my entire dining experience. We had to wait for them to grill the chicken for my salad. While we were waiting (easily 5 minutes), they let my husband's burger sit on the tray. When I finally got my salad, the chicken was raw and the burger was cold. Totally made me feel sick for the rest of the day. I'll probably never set foot in any Wendy's again. I'll stick with A & W.
