3D Nails Spa

Just got my nails done & this place was full of really nice people! Engie did my nails and was super funny and sweet and gave me the best hand/arm massage... I'm just here visiting but my sister always comes here to get her nails done. Super clean, very professional staff 10/10 gals:)

Bright, friendly, and busy! 7-8 technicians were working, so I got in quickly without an appt. This is the 2nd time I've been to 3D nails and both times have been a great experience! Wonderful attention to detail, and lots of colours to choose from! Thank you!

I’ve been going to 3d nails for over 5 years now and I’ve never been disappointed!I regularly get acrylic nails done and also get group pedicures and have done phi brows as well. Julie, Tony and the team are all fantastic and go out of their way to make each treatment special. I highly recommend ladies group outings for all occasions! Thanks 3D team for being awesome!

10/10 do not recommend. My niece and I were scheduled for an appointment for an acrylic and shellac. We waited over half an hour and the team continued to allow new walk ins in for nails. Absolutely unprofessional, they were busy (which was fine) but they did not even say “hey sorry it is taking more time”, or even indicate how long it would be/estimated time. We were on a time crunch which is why we booked. After waiting for 40 minutes we left.If you’re planning on booking an appointment, don’t bank on getting in on your scheduled time.One star is generous.

I just walked in to remove shellac . I didn't mind if I couldn't had it done because I didn't make an appointment. But they thankfully accepted me and I appreciated it.But!Their service was awful. The ladywasn't even looking at my nails carefully and scratched out the colours randomly. Only one hand got the foil covered while the other hand's nails were just scratched out randomly. She didn't pay attention to me at all, talking and watching her colleague all the time and rushed out on her work.At the end, the colours didn't come off complete and neat, and my hands were dirty with all the removed powdery colours. And she said she was done!I had to sweep off my nails and had to scratch again at home since my nails looked terrible with left over colours & all the dirts. I've never had my nail done like this uncompleted before!I was looking for a good nail shop in Langley where I wanted to visit often from now onbut this place, I definitely won't go back nor recommend to my friends.

Very dissatisfied with my nails. Was excited to try out this nail salon for the first time but this shall be my last. They lack customer service skills and get offended when you as them to correct something you don’t like. I hate the shape of my nails. And had to pay 15$ extra for chrome which doesn’t even show. Not worth $73. Pretty upset.

Only get my nails done here, I wouldn’t go anywhere else! They are always able to keep up with the trendy nails, all staff are very talented. I’m never leaving disappointed.

Tony is the absolute best! I’ve never been happier with my nails. He’s always super chatty and keeps a great conversation. He’s such a joker, and I never have a bad time when I see him. He always knows how to make you laugh too. LOVING my new set from him! Wouldn’t go anywhere else again! Highly RECOMMEND!!!!!!

I’ve been here a few times in the last year. They are accommodating about short notice appointments, which is great. Unfortunately, the quality of their work (and maybe their gel polish products) is inconsistent and below average. My most recent appointment was almost 2 hours for a gel pedicure. I chose a color from their samples, and on the second coat noticed that it didn’t match the sample. Same number, wrong color. The technician kept telling me it was fine and correct until I had her put them side-by-side. She finally agreed to fix it, which was appreciated. Which meant she had to redo it.Overall the service took way too long and is already showing rub marks and coming off. She didn’t paint all the way to the base of my big toe, left odd shapes and sharp corners on many toes, and just an overall below average experience. Unfortunately, I won’t be back.
