I visited Bridal Creations to 'just take a quick look'.....a few hours later and I was walking away with a STUNNING dress at a great price and a smile on my face!Staff knew their stock, they listened to my feedback and used it to make suggestions without being pushy or overbearing. I tried gowns on multiple times and skyped friends and family right in the showroom with no issue.My budget was respected and pricing was made clear and transparent so that I knew where my limits were. The price I received on my dress was MORE than reasonable and I am so excited to get to wear it down the aisle! thank you!!!!

I had a great experience. I was looking to try on bridesmaid's dresses and find my appropriate size and the manager was able to get my sizes and fit me perfectly into the size I needed and then was super helpful for the ordering process

What an incredibly wonderful experience I had from the moment I called to the moment I left with my mother-of-the-groom’s dress in my hands! The staff at Bridal Creations who helped me, Jamie and Marzipan, were phenomenal!!! They made me feel valued and well cared for from the moment I walked in. They truly focused on me and helped me find the perfect dress! They were astute to details, honest and so incredibly helpful!! All the while, I did not feel pressured or rushed in any way! I purchased a suit here for my wedding.I was super happy with the treatment I received. The tailoring was excellent, the suit quality was great and you can't beat the price. I'll definitely be back in the future for more suit colours.You won't regret coming here for your suits.

Found it impossible to schedule an appointment:Holy moly, I NEVER write these things, but I have had better service & hospitality from the teenagers working at the McDonalds down the street. I tried reaching out to Bridal Creations on their website to schedule an appointment, by clicking the button that says 'schedule an appointment'. I followed up by calling and asked to schedule an appointment. I was assured that I could simply show up and I would be assisted. I reiterated my expected arrival and ask a couple times if I should schedule an appointment.When I arrived, there was one man chaotically dealing with customers and had me stand around for 20 minutes before he finally spoke to me. Then he ran away without having me try on anything. I asked the assistant repeatedly if I should schedule an appointment for another time. And no no should just be a minute..." I was there for 36 minutes without having tried on one thing."

If I could give 0 starts I would. Terrible customer service. Won't be recommending to any of my friends or family.

Excellent customer service. Rosa and Jamie took the time needed to understand our needs of our unique requests. Also going the extra mile to add the finishing touches. They both had Superb communication and problem resolution skills which made our Shopping experience enjoyable and satisfying.
