Excellent service, had my car towed to my garage quickly and professionally and the driver couldn't have been nicer.

Easy to work with and down to earth driver. I've had to use them when CAA wouldn't cover me (moving an unplated vehicle). Quick and effecient service. They even came early.

Lock my keys in my truck in the middle of a job. Well that was easy! We had no keys for our car that was stuck in our garage...Robin H-D was tagged in a post I created and messaged me within 3 minutes. She had Marco at my house in less than 30 minutes and he was friendly and nice. I'm extremely impressed with how this was handled.Thank you Bob's Towing/Jim's Towing

Had my car towed after after 3 weeks still wating on my tow bill to be email to me and everytime I call that put me on hold and forget about me and the Durham police said the a good guys I'm still waiting for the tow bill to be sent to me .

My Van was in his towing yard for a week Most of my tools were stolen out of it All he had to say was take it up with the police.

Nobody likes having to call for a tow but when I called Bob's Towing I had a great experience. The driver was friendly, extremely professional and easy to deal with. He showed up when he was supposed to and I felt as though I was in good hands.

Today, George, from Bob's towed my car to a repair shop using a flat bed. I was worried that my front wheel drive, older car, would not be towed properly. I had my car manual in hand ready with directions. George took charge and assured me he had about 20 years experience. Everything went smooth. It was a good experience, the agent arrived on time. He was open minded, he did what he supposed to do. It was a perfect job. He boosted my stopped Van and started it again, good job on time. There is nothing bad than a stopped car. Those guys can always help. I was referred to them by TD bank auto club. It is a free service for TD bank VIP accounts holders.

Worst service ever! Called at @ 8:35am for a tow call due a broke down vehicle sitting at an intersection. Was told that someone would be there in about an hour, 4 hours and one parking ticket later, no tow truck! I was able to drive there from Kingston with a u-haul trailer before a 'local' company was able to show up. I spoke with the manager about covering the 30$ ticket that was written at 11:35am, (3 hours after they were called), and I was told that I would be taking them to court for the 30$! Well guess what, I am taking them to court and since I don't care about waisting there time in court and costing them a lot more than 30$, I will let the court decide whats right or or wrong. But in the meantime I will be telling everyone I know about the terrible service this place provides. I called Canadian tire roadside assistance to tell them the situation and they have upgraded my membership for free to the gold for a year and apologized for such negligence on the towing companies part. They have even offered to help take care of the ticket even though they agree that Bobs towing should be doing that. And to the manager, Im not 'slamming' you on google as you called it, I'm telling it exactly how it is. Do yourself a favor and stay clear of this place!!
