Great. I was able to get what I needed and the lady sure knew her stuff on what I was looking for.

Fairly disappointed in customer service. Was looking for quotes on a bathtub. We first went to the showroom, where the shower tub and hardware that were on display that we were interested were discontinued.. leaving their show room useless. They gave us a pamphlet for tubs to figure out the measurements at home. I contacted them through email via their website, and got no response. I called two days later and nobody answered at 1:00pm, so I left a message. They called back two hours later, they did not know you could email via website.. so they guy took my email down and told me he’d give me a quote on the tubs I was interested in.. 6 days later, no response. Found the same products at Lowe’s on sale.. would have been nice to support a smaller business, but they were fairly useless.

Fast helpful if they don't stock no one will, huge place.

The front counter of Butch and his co-worker were outstanding. I did not get her name. I went in to purchase parts and they searched and found it was warranty .... They were professional and excellent to deal with..... THANK YOU

Jamie at st matthews store went above and beyond in tracking down a new faucet for me and contacting me when he found it. Made my decision where to buy real simple

I am very disappointed with the service that I received on 27 Jan 2020. I was looking for the flame sensor for my HVAC unit. I researched on line and found replacement part but was hoping that I can get it locally and save few bucks on shipping.Once I got hold of the HVAC department at Wolseley, the corresponding individual was very abrasive, and told me that I MUST have a gas fitter ticket or Wolseley account to buy HVAC item.I questioned the individual to understand where the mandate for not servicing" general public came from

Great service. Excellent staff. Very helpful staff for all your plumbing and heating needs.

The heating specialist was great! After that all bad got parts but one part back ordered three weeks later still no part. Kept calling about it but told nothing in yet. Finally called the heating guy that I delt with originally and he said that part is stock and yes we have it come down and get it. Went to parts pick up after waiting 45 minutes and they said we dont got it. Called the heating guy again! He had to go back there and get the parts himself for me. Place needs work on customer service at the order desks and pick up. I will have no choice but go elsewhere in the future.

Great staff!! These guys work hard , thats why we gotta wait sometimes thats not there fault keep up the good work! 5 stars for the warehouse guys, sorry front staff i have no clue what u do but im sure u do good to!!!! I do want to add and mention when im there to pick up and deliver for you guys ( i am a courier) the guys are always fast and friendly and if the product isnt ready they get it ready fast im never waiting long especially on a super rush, i like going there! And the big guy in the yard ! Funny fast friendly!! Good to see people happy and smile at work right on wolseley!!!

Was picking up a part for our home. Leslie was the lady who gave me a hand picking out what I needed. She showed me a couple options, explained the differences, offered a lot of information! Leslie was very helpful, knowledgeable, and just a pleasure to deal with. Great customer service. :)
