From the showroom floor staff to the owner, they will make you feel at home when making your next big purchase. They had great input in things we never considered. We recently bought a dining table, there was some original hiccups, however they went beyond to correct the issues. Couldn't have been more impressed.Extra special shout out to Sam and Mo the deliver guys, they went above and beyond, leaving a lasting impression on our hearts. The service and product you will receive are just fantastic!

Beautiful furniture for a decent price. They were able to hold our furniture while we were transitioning between houses.Delivery guys Sam and Mo were very good with communication and very friendly. They gave us advice as to where to place our bedroom set and set it up in a timely manner. They took great care to fix and blemishes that I noticed before they left.

This is the third time my family has bought furniture from this business. Every time we get 10/10 service from sales, delivery and management. The manager, Dean, is very helpful and accommodating! Got my sofa and love seat delivered today. Amazing people. Amazing delivery guys, reception and manager. Reception managed to squeeze me in on a delivery date the next day I asked which was amazing. My sofa was too big to fit in my apartment building but the manager offered to store it for me till am ready to take it and waive the storage fee. Delivery guys were amazing amazing never seen anyone like them in the city. They washed their hands before they opened and touch the love seat and all. They tried their best to bring the sofa in even if it was soo huge. 100% recommend them and definitely would buy from them just for the quality of their furniture and service! Thank youSelam Tabour

Amazing service! To start with Sarah was amazing at the showroom. We had a bad experience with Ashely Furniture--we found the table and chairs we wanted but they screwed up the order, so we got a full refund. Sarah found the exact table and chairs for us and a better (slightly more expensive) that would actually fit our needs and our dinning room better. She looked at pictures of our dining room and suggested the brown wood table with beige/grey PU leather would be better than the grey one we choose. We confirmed the order and lined up delivery for 1 week later.The delivery came yesterday (Oct 14), and we could'nt be happier. It looks amazing! Thanks Sarah for your attention to detail. The two delivery guys were awesome too. They showed up early, but discovered they had the wrong chairs (we needed the high chairs vs the regular chairs), They immediately when back to the warehouse to get the correct chairs and make everything right! They were respectful, helpful, courteous and solved a small issues of imbalance by adjusting the base.Excellent service! Highly recommended. What a lovely experience. Total opposite of the dismal failure of our Ashley Furniture experience.We will come and visit here again, and will recommend it to our friends and family.

UPDATE: It is now July 2023 a few phone calls, a few emails have again, gone unanswered. I have no idea if Dean is ignoring me, my furniture issues, or if I am receiving a new chaise.I also asked for the company’s CEO. No response.Terrible, condescending customer service. Emails go unanswered. I purchased an expensive set of sofas, March 2022, arrived in August 2022. One has a chaise. The chaise is broken, and continues to fall apart, the arm snapped.. the fabric is wearing already. Considering the cost of this furniture, I’m angry it is such low quality, it will not last long. Only three adults use it. There is no option for returns, unless I shop there…(absolutely not) with 50% of the value.

After going to countless stores, we found ourself at Factory Direct Furniture. We were greeted by staff who were knowledgeable and helpful. We quickly found the right set for us at a great price and the order was placed.Sam and Mo delivered the set to our home and moved into our basement for us and set it up. They were careful of our property despite the stairs being tough to navigate. I found them both very kind and friendly.Our experience was overall very good and we would recommend them to friends and family.
