From the first phone call to pick up, the staff at Parr went above and beyond. I don't know of anyone who likes to deal with having to take a vehicle in for repair but they made it so easy. Even had our rental waiting for us! Everyone we encountered were so kind and ready to help. Thank you to the team at Parr -- you guys are great!

Customer service was great and kept me in the loop. However they did return my vehicle with a blown fuse and faulty O2 sensor. Not their fault as the vehicle had been sitting for a few months prior to servicing, but my vehicle only made it half a block before shutting down and it was never mentioned to me even though I was charged for gas for test drives. I took it to another mechanics shop and it was fixed quick. Auto body work is great though.

Parr was absolutely amazing to deal with. I took my car there after an accident for repairs. The group at Parr went above and beyond my expectations. They had open communication throughout the whole process, they were efficient in the work and got my vehicle back to me within a week, and they detailed the whole car, inside and out which was such a blessing. They also managed to get my A/C working again even though there was no additional charges for me. The staff are very friendly and upfront about costs and what to expect throughout the process. I won't take my vehicle to anyone else after this very pleasant experience!

From drop off to pick up, Parr was courteous and professional. It was pleasant and refreshing to interact with a company that actually cares about their clients. The repairs look great. They completed the work as expected and on time. They kept me updated throughout the process, which was not expected but very much appreciated.

I took my vehicle to Parr to have hail damage repaired. The service was impeccable. I really appreciated that the reception staff was informative, efficient, and kind! You don’t get that service at all businesses. The crew in the shop did a wonderful job too - the hail damage is repaired well and my car is nicely detailed. Very happy I went with Parr and recommend others do the same!

Headlight replacement- Parr did a fantastic job of taking care of me and my vehicle. From tracking down my new headlights in a supply chain crazy time to making my vehicle look great to taking care of me with updates, service, going the extra mile(actually 11 km) by driving me home, to giving me cookies in the end. If you’re not taking your vehicle to Parr Autobody, the only question is “Why not?” Thanks Parr, sorry for the vague original review.

This was my first experience having a collision repair done, and Parr made the experience as easy as I could have hoped for. Their office team was excellent and made the entire process smooth, from organizing my rental for me to their great communication the customer service was great. Based on reviews we chose this shop for our SGI claims/repairs. The vehicle had a rebuilt status from BC and passed an out of province inspection once moving to SK. We received a call from a technician who explained their concern with the previous repairs.Since the quote they gave to SGI to perform the repairs was close to being a write off they gave us the option as to whether we wanted them to quote a bit higher for the repairs so that it would be a write off or if we wanted it to get fixed. We agreed to quoting a bit higher to wrote the vehicle off.As a shop that does not have experience rebuilding salvage vehicles let alone the qualifications to certify such rebuilds we discovered that they lied to us and told SGI that the previously repaired damage was inadequate despite their lack of qualifications and the corresponding paper work certifying the repairs from a qualified inspector.Furthermore, they never gave us the option to remove all of our possessions and failed to collect all of it before sending the vehicle to salvage.Now we are out thousands from SGI unless we want to take legal action and spend more money plus the loss of our items.
