Five years ago, we called Travis for an estimate on our roof as we knew it had hail damage and we were preparing to sell our home. He gave us a quote and our insurance company allowed us to choose the roofing company and we chose Red Deer Roofing because we like dealing with Travis. It was fall and we were one of the last jobs he took on before snowfall. Anyway, I remember it being a very stressful time but the completion of the roof was hugely important. My husband and I remember being so happy we chose him and very relieved when it was completed. Recently in our new home, we called Travis to ask his opinion on another roofing matter, and he was excellent in explaining the issue. Had them redo the shingles on my house. Dishonest and untrustworthy is my experience with them. Had a 12' section of roof that wasn't done right and needed to be redone, plus some other minor stuff. No attention to detail, seemed like a rushed job. The owner Travis was impossible to deal with. Ended up paying him the full amount of his quote, just so I wouldn't have to deal with him anymore. Paid another contractor i trusted to do their warranty work. I would never hire Travis or Red Deer Roofing again.

Travis was able to quickly determine that prior poor workmanship and material no longer used as industry standard was the cause of a leaky skylight.After my call he checked and repaired, not only the problem skylight, but two others, and I am assured the problem is resolved.I appreciate his timely response to a relatively small project given the demands on his time.

Travis came to inspect my roof as we had a leak after the big rain storm. He fixed a vent and inspected the roof, sealing up everything he seen that may have needed it. He worked tirelessly with our insurance company to ensure we were being represented well and that the repairs that needed to be done were covered. This is the company to hire! Red Deer is having a huge rain storm, and this morning we found some rain water had found its way into the house. I phoned Travis and 10 minutes later he was at my front door (he was working in the area). He went up on the roof and found some mistakes made by the previous roofing company. He told me what the problems were, gave me a reasonable price for correcting the situation, and took care of the issues right away, during the storm! Wow, I am very impressed with his can do" attitude
