This is the second time buying a coffee machine from Kitchen Essentials in a few years. And Raffi treated me like the first time, like family. No pushy sales pitch, no hurry up buy and get out. Just pure professionalism. It was like it was my store.This place is world class. They'll sit with you, offer you coffee and actually talk to you like family.This is why I went back. Their pricing is fantastic but it's that little extra that only Raffi and Co will do to make your purchase so pleasant.Go see Raffi, trust me. This is an online store! Their pricing is comparable to big retailers so it’s nice to support our local businesses. We had a chance to meet the owner and he is a very nice person and very knowledgeable with all his products. I would definitely come back for other things

I've been looking for a nice set of highball and rocks glasses, preferably crystal yet not super expensive. Kitchen Essentials had a nice selection of styles! I chose the Melodia by RCR. Shipment was prompt and the glasses arrived by courier, very carefully packaged to prevent breakage. I'm very pleased, these will be lovely. Thank you!

We bought an All Clad two quart pot from Kitchen Essentials that we can't be more happier with. The price was much cheaper than elsewhere, but the most pleasant surprise was finding the man we dealt with here -Raffi- was friendly as well as efficient, which is a rare combination to find in a person these days, especially in someone that has to deal with customers. A very happy shopping/purchasing experience.

Amazing customer service!!! I ordered a Global Tomato knife. Package came as promised within 3 business days. Unfortunately was not the knife ordered. I called customer service and spoke to Raffi. He offered to refund the payment and send me the tomato knife. He also offered an amazing price on the wrong knife that I couldn’t say no to. After processing payment, he hand delivered the correct tomato knife. My collection will continue to be filled by this amazing company!

Kitchen essentials is the first place I would go if I'm looking for anything related to baking or cooking.They are very resourceful. I was looking for a wusthof knife sharpener and some steel fry pans and he had them. This is why he probably called his Store kitchen essentials because he has all the kitchen essentials necessary for really Nice well equipped kitchen.

I recently stopped by kitchen essentials to look for a few knives. I met Raffi who was extremely helpful in determining which knives and accessories to get. With the time he took to understand what I was looking for and his knowledge of his extensive inventory of products, he was able to make recommendations that met my needs. I left the store happy with my purchases and my shopping experience. I will definitely be going back and have already recommended his store to friends.

Just had one of the BEST customer experiences EVER! Was looking for a Jura coffee machine, and after having a horrible past experience with a coffee store in Milton I decided to reach out to Kitchen Essentials. Met with Raffi and it was by far AMAZING! He helped answer all my questions and the price he gave beat all the competitors! I even bought more stuff just because of the great service and price! Will definitely be shopping at and recommending Kitchen Essentials to family and friends from now on. If you want QUALITY products, these guys carry it and at competitive prices!

After comparing a few online websites. This place had the best prices on All Clad. I went to the store to see the pan before purchase. Raffi was helpful and gave us a very good deal. Also gave us a complementary spatula and cleaning pad. Will be coming back for a few more items once they come back in stock.

Just picked up my new All-Clad 4 qt saucepan from the store. Raffi was very generous to throw in a clean pad and a spatula. My wife loves the spatula. Will just call him for any good quality cookware from now on. He actually carries many products in stock. So no need to wait for weeks to receive them.
