Wait time is terrible, been there a few times with my mom for her appointment and there was always a 3-4 hour wait before we see the doctor. It's a waste of time and this ignorant doctor told my mom who was a vegetarian at the time to eat meat for protein. I am a vegan and this is such an ignorant thing to say.

Please close this medi business and open any groceries stores with receptionist doctors and belated doctor Shantha, especially let the Staffs to work in fish market. Very Suitable for them , Working without quality

I understand you need money in this kind of economy, but if you are unfit to professionally do your job, don't do it. RESIGN. STOP PRACTICING. It is clearly unsafe when people depend on you for their HEALTH. Especially if you are in the medical field. I can't tell you the countless times I've visited this facility and have been sorely disappointed with the way it is being run and with the practitioners. Also, if you are a patient of Dr. Santhakumar- GOOD LUCK! He does not take the time to listen to your concerns, just rants on and on in a condescending manner all while making chit chat about things that don't have any correlation to your visit. And if you ask about something you're worried about- he pushes it aside as if he's not supposed to give you consolation or even explain as to why it could or could not be the case. Then writes a prescription same as the last and sends you on your way. Wait times are brutal, and secretaries/nurses" have the audacity to schedule you in for time slots when the doctor doesn't decide to stroll in until 2 hours later! I think some people get much too comfortable with jobs they've been doing for many years

I got electrocuted at work yesterday booked an appointment for 12:10 waited 3 hours after my appointment to be seen by the doctor and all he says about my arm is oh take some Tylenol then come back when it gets worse". And when I asked for a mri or a cat scan for my arm he said no you don't need one as my arm is still is pain and I can barely move it as well. I've been a patient for over 20 years and it just feels like they're seeing patients just for a paycheck."

Words cannot explain how terrible this place is! Honestly if you need to get in to see the doctor here and you make an appointment expect that you will go in 3-5 hours later! I feel so bad for anyone who has to go to this so called medical office. Doctor is not professional at all! Highly highly recommend switch to a different doctor hopefully one who actually cares about their patients and well being!

reallllllllly bad service, the dr mahendra is nice but the receptionist is HORRIBLE, the waiting time is soooo bad. there is no point of booking appointments because you will still wait 1hr at the waiting room.

I had a horrible experience at this doctor's office. I booked my mom an appointment for 10 am, the doctor didn't show up until 1 pm. When I asked the reception, they didn't tell when the doctor would come. This Horrible Experience didn't happen once, it happened twice. Every single visit, I had a 3 hour delay! Next time this happens, we will report to the health organization.

Wait time is terribleDoctor does not like to order tests or write referrals. They just like to treat the standard illnesses

The Customer service and Patients care should be improved a lot, its been a long time issue in this Clinic.Waiting too long and not well organized, treating patients like they are giving free service and they forgot they are getting well paid from our health Card service.Only Dr Mahendra is very nice with the patients.Hope they will improve their business in the future.Good luck!
