Just checking our bearings , with it being summer and so much construction you never know if your exit is accessible.Be prepared have an alternate route just in case

ample parking space, all house work can be done on this stop.. grocery, dry cleaner, healthy food, salon, misfit, pet store....

to be fair, we didn't actually go into the park. but the scnenary from the side of the road is more than enough to justify the rating.

Given how much Brossard is expected to grow and the new train coming...im very dissapointed with city planners .. The fact that there are only two narrow lanes on this highway and mass condos being built....its just poor planning. Also makes you think its a tail sign of Montreal/Quebec mismanagement of public funding when it comes to construction. We will always be a province and city that needs construction because that's how money is laundered". Anyways...no one cares but watch...the same congestion will happen here as it did with the corner of lapiniere and the chevrier bus station."

Im kind of ashamed, not because the place looks bad, but i past through semi-oftenly, and lost sight of how pretty it can beNot much to say, a great vies when passing by it, though the glamor effect seems to only come by every seasons or so.Like having lobster: you enjoy it for it's high grade quality and taste value, but you wouldn't go for lobster every day.That said passing through is an enjoyable sight, not too much traffic, roads are smooth, no bumps and if you do go visit 10-30, TAKE-YOUR-TIME, it's great to drive bySo yea, not much to say, so go and drive by and see for yourself really
