The Court at Brooklin

My parents reside at this long term care home! Excellent facility, friendly staff, well cared for home, a perfect retirement community! I recommend it very highly!

I must say the staff at the Court at Brooklin have been amazing in helping my Mom through a difficult transition.The caring empathy and wonderful service has give the whole family peace of mind that mom is in a caring environment.

The residence looks like a pleasant hotel. It is well decorated, bright and cheery. The house cleaning staff are great.

My mother enjoyed her stay here for 4 years. However, the food quality has significantly gone down in the last few years. Was happy with the staff until she needed LTC and the director tried to imply it is offered here. IT IS NOT! A private 24/7 PSW is way out of her budget, contrary to their belief! They also made her move to Wynfield-assisted living, difficult by not allowing us all to get it done and with only one elevator (that you can’t reserve) the movers will cost us a fortune. I no longer recommend this place. The staff is friendly but the quality of the place has done down hill both the decor and food. Only INDEPENDENT seniors should be here!

My mother liked it because it was pretty. She was pressured into moving there by coordinator of admissions. She needed long term care and the sales rep should have known. Seniors care and profit do not work well together She had to spend 6 weeks in hospital because there was no preventative care. Before the referral to LTC was finalized we paid thousands of dollars for her to have 24 hour PSW care. Would only recommend for healthy seniors with lots if money and who don’t mind bland heavy cheap food

Nice retirement residence! Beautiful surroundings, excellent food and a variety of fun activities for residents.

My father has been placed here as he reaches the end of his retirement. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The location is very clean and kept modern. Very good venue for food for the residents. Would have rated 5 stars if the room was a little bit bigger. Pretty small.

big place often go there to visit my fiancees grandmother. as big as it is there is only one elevator which jams things up for people. sucks that people with mobility issues
