I bought my laptop from them a year ago. Still works great. The young man at the desk was very helpful and also entertained our shared interest in classic metal bands. He was very knowledgeable about what I needed in a computer and they seem to have everything you really could need. They are worth a look if you live near Bells.

Competitive pricing and knowledgeable service technician. I had a 3 year old desktop from BBuy that one day did not boot up. I was concerned about losing all my data in the event that the hard drive was toast. I checked on line with a community group for recommendations for a local repair shop. I checked them all and found them too sketchy to trust them. Most never got back to me and one was going out of business at the end of October. A good friend recommended The Trailing Edge which is in Bells Corners quite a distance from Gatineau. However as soon as I entered their store I felt comfortable with the staff and had planned to buy a refurbished computer from them. However they convinced me to let them have a look at my broken desktop. I brought it in the next day and they had it repaired and updated the very next day. It is now working better than new and for a fraction of the cost of buying a new computer. The problem was the hard drive but they were able to clone the old drive to the new drive so nothing was lost. I highly recommend TTE for their professional and friendly service that you can trust.

Trailing Edge came highly recommended to me by two acquaintances. I brought in a very old computer to Trailing Edge to bring up to date. They did a wonderful job. I found the staff to be very friendly and professional and the Customer Relations is excellent. Paul Middelveen, the store's owner is very customer service oriented and ensured I was completed satisfied with the services provided by the Trailing Edge.
