They ruined my cream le chateau dress. The female owner decided to put my dress through their hydro carbon machine prior to treating a coffee stain (which causes the stain to set) then proceeded to treat it with a chemical she refused to tell me the name of until there was long white bleach lines throughout the dress and a small chemical hole from the harshness of the chemical sitting to long in my dress. The owner was extremely rude and treated me like I was an uneducated customer and refused to amend the situation, reimburse me for the damaged $200 dress or fix my dress. Extremely rude and unprofessional and accused me of being aggressive because I was upset she was treating me so poorly.

Very dissapointed, had white shirts with stains and was hoping to get them removed, its a uniform. Ended up getting them back with spots, and told they are nice and clean so I did not even bother checking, paid the price and upon arrival home realized how stained shirts are . Took them back next day but was told : Sorry Too Bad - So Sad! Look at the tag with special attention. Advice: Dont pay unless you are happy with results

Went in to inquire about a dress and suit cleaning and how long it would take. The lady that was at the front counter was not friendly at all. Her answers to my questions were direct which was fine but her tone seemed annoyed and didn’t really seem like she wanted my business so I’ll go elsewhere. Too bad as I have supported this cleaner for years as she’s local to the neighbourhood I grew up in. Quality has always been good but the experience turned me off today.

Terrible. Ruined 2 expensive blouses (went back to give them the benefit of the doubt). Today charged over $20 to LAUNDER 3 shirts...opted to dry clean one without asking.

They dyed my $300 dress a completely different colour. When I tried to explain this, they told me they didn’t use chemicals and it could not have been their fault. They offered no compensation. My dress is completely ruined I wore it once. I have photos to show this.

I had an issue with a shirt shrinking, however, the owner took responsibility for the matter and was very accommodating.

Leon did a great job with our wine. Tastes amazing and is popular with our friends. Will be going again.

The younger gal with the long dark hair could use a course in customer service, perhaps attend twice. She acted annoyed from the moment I walked in the door and she had to tend to the counter. She was so rude and I will never use this cleaner again for my business just because of her ignorant behaviour. Owners should fire her A** because I'm sure I'm not the only one going elsewhere because of her.

My oma has now lost two dresses each valued at over $300 at this dry cleaners, they won't help her at all and they're actually extremely rude to her when she talks to them about it even though it clearly says on her receipt. This dress should be on it. She's tried to ask for the owner to phone her so that she could find out what happened to it to no avail. she said nothing but rudeness and poor customer service and she started going there on this is the third time they've lost her clothes.
