On April I dropped 2 bags and did not received any invoice, I just did not care just it's under $10. But few days ago I dropped 4 bags and today I got only for 1 bags? Will wait 2 more days to see if they will update or not

Dropped off three bags to the express and only received credit for two of them. This is the second time this has happen to me there. I know roughly how many cans and bottles fit in a bag by other drop offs, so no chance they counted the third one and added it to the others. Best to drop one bag off at a time.

Busy, only 3 staff. Neither front counter guys seemed to work very fast. Don't give full refund for beer cans. It is what it is. The better option is near 108th and 148 street.

Had a terrible experience with the man in charge when I questioned why they were only paying 9 cents on a 10 cent beer can, he got very angry and kept pointing to a small sign stating the new rates. We did some digging and found out they aren't a licensed depot and are skimming 1 cent per can for themselves. The licensed return-it on Fraser hwy still gives 10 cents, the place was filthy anyway will give it a long and permanent passarino!

I came here one day when my usual place was closed. It's clean and efficient and my bottles were counted and I'd received an email by that evening. I use the express service and the older gentleman always comes out to help me with my returns. He's not rude, it's just a cultural abruptness which isn't unusual with his generation. I love the service and can deal with differences for 15 mins every week without breaking down

this whole program is broken no one knows when you need answers to what can be taken to these places and if they say they do not take something they give you a place to contact that tells you to call back to the same place you just talked to ,frustrating to say the least

Looks like new management has taken over. Understaffed and the asian lady is way too fast for you to notice how many bottles shes counting. It'd be a good idea to count ahead so you know how much $$ to expect. The place is dirty the trays are so sticky and grimy too.
