Vankleek Hill Fair

Being the Ag Society does most ofThe organization of the fair no doubtMany other organizations pitch in theirHelp, and together they make aGreat Weekend and they had a goodIdea making the parking lot for theCars, just to the east of the midwayAnd put on big lights so you can seeWhere you are to find your car in theDark.

I was here for Beau's Oktoberfest. A real class act. Really enjoyed the music on the Black Forrest stage.

Went their for Beau's Oktoberfest. Really well put together. Plenty of space for the show. A bit tough to park close to the fair though, but they had organized shuttles.

This was my first time attending and it was awesome. A showcase of local food fare, local craft beer and fun entertainment. The derby is not to be missed

Prices to get in were decent, food was expensive & bring food... Also bring chairs if needed or catch a seat early because there weren’t many places to sit and everyone gets pushy. Other then that we had a great time. The rides were fun, snacks were great & music was good, there’s a bunch of animals you can bring the kids to see. decent bathrooms & parking.We were there from 12-9 it was a full full fun day.

Went to the truck pull, great bunch of people, awsome entertainment.

Great place to visit for 1 day trip

Place is great for family’s , not to mention there are plenty of other events held at the same location throughout the year . A must visit if your in the area check the Vankleek Hill website for festivals in the area .

The 25$ price would be fine if the experience was great, but it fell very short of that unfortunately... While the small town fair feeling was great the lines for the midway were long, disorganized and the area was overcrowded. There was no seating or standing room available for the derby, the people who parked their truck around the area to sit in it took bunch of room and views away for the people stuck standing. It was difficult to hear the announcer for the derby as the speakers were only around the grand stand. This would of been fine if the admission was separate from the midway and only 10$ but you're stuck paying for the midway which is mostly for child and teenagers and the 25$ admission just doesn't deliver. This was my first and last time at this fair unfortunately. There's just so many great fairs and festivals in the area that are so much better and especially cheaper when taking out thefamily.
