WORST 711 ever....i am a regular customer ..they are always super slow...never know what there doing...sold me a phone card...n it was the wrong 1....when I went to change it..they told me NO...then i asked to talk to the manager...they told me NO....Then Ester walks away...to talk about me to her co worker..thinking I can't hear her....HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE...if u want to talk about a customer...wait till they leave...!!!...Absolutely disgusting...Definitely don't advise going to this location

I have been going to 7-Eleven's for years and this location was a stop when working, especially for when on night shifts.I wont go into much detail as most of the reviews it had already gotten really seem to sum up what you get here.Service - slow and CANNOT multitask, Cleanliness - well below average and need to watch them closely when handling your food (ie.something simple as changing gloves when handling food and handling cash), Staff - rude at times to customers (if I were to go back I would next time collect names and the scenario's but I will give a description... short balding caucasian male with glasses teaming up with the cashier bullying customers telling them they are wrong and arguing with them over .70 more on a refill size slushie), Service - UBER Orders seem to take precedence so if you're just trying to pay for gas and go then good luck, Food - an arm twist to get them to make something that's not in the display case already... (they would rather just tell you they are sold out...), Gas prices - for the most part are competitive but once again, dont go inside to pay as 10mins will turn into 30mins, I can go on... I have overlooked many of these flaws but this is now too much and something needed to be said. This location is not a new location, its obviously doing something right but many things wrong. 7- Eleven please fix this location.

All their slurpee machines were up and running, good variety selection. Clean location and friendly staff. Will be back again for slurpees!!!

I have been going to this store easily for over 15+ years and have ALWAYS had a great experience with all the team, especially Esther. She always goes beyond the norm to be pleasant and accommodating. Keep up the great work!

This 7-11 has the potential to be five star but there are things that needs to be addressed as mentioned by the other reviewers. Service can be very slow once inside. It's a mix of people paying for gas, buying food and slushies, uber eats orders, etc. I have waited 15 minutes just to pay for gas. I want to pay at the pump but certain times during the day you have pay inside first.There are two cash registers and of the times I been there, only one is used when there is a huge line and I have seen other 7-11 employees walking around when they can help their colleague. A simple sub in can increase the efficiency to get more customers out the door.I also been consistently not given the big buck for pumping more than 30 liters. I often get in my car realizing I didn't get it. I often have to remind the cashier for the buck. They should consistently be giving it out and not be reminded by the customers.For some reason, the store feels kind of grimy and dirty. Just needs to be properly cleaned. You walk into any other gas station stores and it feels clean, this place just doesn't. This is a high traffic intersection with lots of customers, probably just needs to be cleaned more often.

Good location with lots of parking and pumps to refuel at. Big store inside with lots of snacks and classic 711 slushies. Usually cheap gas. Clean station.

Slowest service in all of Durham Region and beyond. I've walked out empty handed on more than one occasion and now do my best to avoid this store altogether.

Lady on cash was so rude, are customers suppose to know the weight per cookie; price your items. We are not walking around with scales to shop here....and futher more I said was not asking for the cookies for one dollar I was just letting her know that she may want to update the price...I asked to move on and pay. She insisted on having an argument then she got what she wanted. Then she wanted to just hurry up the transaction... when i asked her to just cash me out she tefused walked over to the cookie stand to look at price and argue about weight for item....really her life must be interesting to hold me up in the store to fight over cookies and weight...lol...STORE MANAGER please ask your workers to price items and put items in the right place....if i see a whole try of chocolate chip cookies 2 in a bag with 1 dollar sign. I guess most customers wont know that the price is for 1 cookie..because we are not weighing out cookies. Nor is it common for shoppers to bring a scale when shopping.
