Dr. Bhalla and her team made me feel at ease in what has been a tough procedure. Their patience and kindness made the root canal one of the best dental experiences I have had - and I've a had a lot. This was my fifth root canal and it went very smoothly. Thank you to everyone.

Dr. Bhalla was so accommodating and got me in right away as I was leaving for an overseas trip. The care I received was second to none and the whole root canal process was quick and painless. Her staff were amazing and followed up after the procedure to check in and make sure I was ok. I highly recommend them.

Dr Bhalla is incredibly skilled and explains in detail the treatment she is giving as well as the outcome while the patient is comfortable and without pain. Her practice is highly recommended.

I genuinely cannot say enough positives about my experience at London Endodontics. The staff were incredibly kind, communicative and extremely professional. Dr. Bhalla and her team explained everything to me ahead of time and put my mind at ease. The procedure was done without any pain and even the freezing needles were done with care and minimized my discomfort. They consistently communicated every step of the procedure to me during and prepared me for all the sensations that I would hear (not so much feel) so that I wasn't startled or surprised. My appointment did require two parts and I needed to reach out to Dr. Bhalla in between and she was wonderful to deal with and very understanding about my situation. I cannot say that I would take another one of my vacation days to voluntarily come here but I strongly recommend anyone needing a root canal to choose Dr. Bhalla. I was very impressed with my experience at London Endodontics. Dr. Bhalla’s communication throughout my two appointments was exceptional. She is informative and has a very calming presence. I went in to my first appointment unsure and came out with no worries. I would recommend anyone to come here.

I received a call from the receptionist who was rude and unpleasant because I had an emergency root canal done prior to my appointment with the specialist. Accused me of shopping around which is somewhat true given my situation and the pain I was in and their next dates were weeks away.. Refused to book me to have a crown put on because I did not get the root canal done there and then hung up the phone on me. I’m now thinking if this is the attitude of the staff there it may be questionable of further services.

What excellent customer service from all staff, but mainly by the dentist. She really cares about us. I really appreciate your service by carefully explaining each possible option and showing empathy. Also, excellent the procedure execution.
