I first met Dr. Pampaloni at my pre-op session. I left knowing I was in good hands. My friends told me I was lucky to have a good looking doctor, which was a plus, but I was more concerned about his surgical skills. A routine procedure turned into major surgery and he did not disappoint. I am now fully recovered with no complications. He patiently answered all my questions of which I had many. Hospital staff told me that he comes in on his days off to check on his patients. What more could someone ask for? I would recommend him in a heartbeat. Update:Dr.pampaloni was able to contact me right away after this and we had noted that it was a misunderstanding and miscommunication. He was able to speak to me through email and phone call and answer all my questions as well as book a close up followup. I got what I needed from him and I am really grateful he was able to speak to me as now I feel less stressed. He was very understanding and kind person to speak to. Thank you dr.!Previous:very very difficult to get a hold of dr. pampaloni. Post Op follow-ups dont seem to be done for a long long time after surgery. My surgery was in beginning of may and followup is close to middle of june. Anything could have happened in between that time. Im the one who had to call the office to book a followup as I was waiting for office to call me but they didn't. Post Op day 9 and noone called me to ask how my incision is healing or if I need antibiotics (which I do!) etc. Very hard to get a hold of this surgeon to even get some antibiotics. Sent an email to reception to pass onto doctor for some answers. Hopefully it is seen. **Fingers crossed**.

Just had surgery with Dr Pampaloni. He was fantastic. Very friendly and professional. His nurse was also really great. I’ve not seen a doctor this great in a while. Thank you! Would highly recommend.

Just had surgery a few weeks ago at Oakville Trafalgar Memorial Hospital. I went to the emergency and after a few hours I had surgery. Dr. Pampaloni and his crew did an amazing job. He's extremely professional and trustfull. I would always recommend Dr. Pampaloni to anyone. Thank you so much for everything you did.

I went in for umbilical hernia repair and I was in less pain as it was bothering me with lots of pain prior. Immediately after surgery I was in less pain as I mentioned above and the following day again was even better. I would definite recommend him as to be your surgical doctor as he is an excellent surgeon. He also cares about you and takes the time to get to know you!Important I feel this day in age!Chad M

…Follow up to the review below, I received a call from my surgeon Dr Pampaloni and was really grateful he took the time to call and let me know not only how well my Laparoscopic surgery went but how he was extremely gracious and apologized for the lack of post surgery f/up and the improvements they’ll make moving forward. Is what I was asked by family and friends and I have no idea as my surgeon never came to see me or send his chief residence post surgery. I had my gallbladder removed and it’s been 5 days I was sent home 2 hrs post surgery. Truly disappointed with the level of care from Dr Pampaloni and his staff.

I had a bowel resection almost a year ago. Dr. Pampaloni was the very best before, during and after my surgery. I had a set back and had to be readmitted right after discharge. Once again his ongoing care, attention and support were terrific. His team reflected his medical skill set and bedside manner. As well, Diane, Dr.Pampaloni’s assistant was caring, understanding and provided excellent back up on days when I called the office, concerned about my recovery process or just returning my calls to check in.

I just had surgery last month. Phenomenal doctor. I’d be shocked if there’s a better one out there! Professional, caring, and extremely resourceful. The staff are also great!

Had an amazing experience with Dr Federico when my father in law needed surgery urgently. He is undoubtedly the best doctor in GTA. Highly recommended.
