Going to resonate with some of the other reviews here. I had a terrible staff interaction today with the lady working around 6pm on June 21, 2023.There was no one at the store or cash counter. I needed to inquire about an item so called out 'excuse me' into the office room. The lady who walked out didn't seem happy at her job, and gave me a sarcastic comment about me not being able to wait. All i said was 'excuse me' once and she started passing snide comments.I don't think customers deserve that attitude without reason. She seemed knowledgeable but left me with a sour customer experience.

Omg I should have got on here to look at all the poor reviews before I buy anything! the worst customer service ever in my life, I purchased a kettle two days ago and when I opened the box this morning and tried to plug in. The electric panel is not working very well so I took it back and want to return it. The staff there said im not allowed to return I asked for store credit she said no! She said I washed it, how can I know it’s not working if I don’t use it! Besides, I never really used it I just plugged in! Horrible! Everyone please be careful buying stuff in this place! I lost 120 dollars, I hope your store lose 12million!

Very rude customer service there. The shop wasn't even busy when I asked for help. Instead of saying something like I'll be right there" or "Give me one moment" which most others sales say... The rude sales lady had to give me a lecture on how I'm supposed to wait...I need to have patience... It'll be my turn when it's time... Etc. I didn't see they were helping others and I only asked once! Is it really necessarily to give me that lecture with attitude? Unbelievable."

Good selection of cutlery from Henkels. They have the different grades of knives, that come from China, Spain, or Germany. Prices are about the same as large department stores, but they do have sales and more variety here. Staff very friendly and helpful.

Got a knife I really wanted for my sister's birthday, the associate was very helpful in explaining the details and providing a recommendation that fits what I was looking for. She also helped me wrapped up the gift nicely. Overall best experience and looking to come back for other purchases.

A good brand for kitchen ware. Subscribe to their email list for the knife specials. The discount on knives isn't great normally except on specials. The pans and other kitchen goods go on sale regularly. The brand is high quality including their Japanese knives. The German or two man knives have great edges and can be kept sharp for a long time with a steel and occasional home sharpening. Service staff are good but find the specialist in each area for deep knowledge.

I recently had a negative experience with Zwelling McArthurGlen and would like to share my feedback. I purchased a set of 8 glasses from them and realized they were not the right size after trying 2 of them at home. I wanted to exchange them within the 30-day allowance, but the way I was treated by the seller was extremely rude and disrespectful.The seller inspected each glass as if I had done something wrong, refusing to consider an exchange due to minor water stains. It left me feeling like a criminal, and I believe their approach could have been more understanding and customer-friendly.I believe it's important for customers to have the opportunity to test and evaluate their purchases within the return period. It would also be helpful if Zwelling had clear guidelines and a more courteous approach towards customers.I hope Zwelling takes this feedback into consideration and works on improving their customer service. It is essential to establish a welcoming and supportive environment for customers.
