Customer Service was impeccable! As long term customers, any payment issues (from a rare late fee, accidental overlock, etc.) were always resolved smoothly, professionally and kindly. The grounds are 24/7 accessible, safe, clean and secure. I would definitely recommend and use Make Space Storage for any future storage needs. Thanks to everyone that works there. Great experience!

Locker was clean and kept everything dry, and it rained a lot in the 2 months I had it. Lost the key and they replaced it with no charge or hassle.

Horrible service since they took over months ago. Nothing is cashed on time. Get texts that I haven’t paid and late fees are added. When I call, I always get mysteriously “disconnected” and nothing gets resolved, same thing month after month. You can’t call them directly, local number is automatically rerouted to a call center. So disappointed, it makes you wonder if your possessions are safe. Do not recommend.
