Ordered a Mach E in March 2022 sales rep Kevin Boulay told me that they'll deliver in 6 months for the next 20 orders. After checking in 6 months he denied everything and started pushing me rudely to cancel order. Now rates are higher and it's been 15 months car is not here yet. Finally ordered tesla model Y after their rebate inclusion. Too bad for Ford they lost business out of their bad and inefficient service.

3 star positive?I had a sort of controversial experience, I had an official recall on my car ... I immediately booked an appointment, a month an half before cause was apparently overbooked for the whole time. Got the place... nobody knew about that appointment, and my booking was never in their system. Who was in charge to deal with that,had not clue to what was going on. I had to ask for a Manager to get help, because the answer from who was in charge to deal with that was ... oh well we can only give you another appointment"... Turned up that the manager ( Mr . Martin Noel

This dealer is really nice to deal with. Speaking for the pre owned division, personally. They delivered car at a really high level. They went above and beyond. Really nice and polite salesman. Mine anyway. Hugo, my salesman was awesome. If u wanna deal with a great guy, go see him. I would recommend him, absolutely. The Sales Manger, Peter, another awesome person to deal with. Straight up guys, both of them. And the Parts guy, Gianni. Now here is a true car guy. He hooked me up with mods on my car before I even took delivery. Found me exactly what I was looking for and delivered as promised. Super happy with my dealings with this Delaership. Keep up the good work guys.

best service ever. on time . the tchnicien knew his stuff. i had a small thing to fix with the front deflector in front . they changed it without a charge because the garage felt it was a weakness on the car. they did not have to but they did it anyway. to me this is real customer service

I am from Mississauga Ontario and my windshield wipers stopped working on my Lincoln during a family road trip through Quebec. I stopped at this dealer and they were able to fix the problem very quickly and for a reasonable cost.I am very appreciative as I had not purchased my Lincoln through them and was from out of town. Thank you 440 Lincoln Laval! .

I did not have an excellent service.There was many miscommunication on the phone and the carelessness from mechanics not keeping the car clean. I have taken before and after picture of my car and there is indent's and damage on both sides of my car. The wait time I had to wait for my car to be repaired was 1 month and still ongoing for my shield that somehow broke off. I wish for 440 Ford to put more time into quality and communication skills and trying to get the customer happy at the end of the day. Not making them mad and regret buying a car from Ford.
