Love my treatments here! It isn't a fancy spa but the price reflects that. I come here after a long day of training, for my alignments, energy work, as well as massage. The staff is wAy over qualified as Canada requires recertification in English. There maybe minor annoyances w phones and walk ins, but they are truly MASTERS in healing. I recently tried the electronic device accupucture, simply WOW!!!! The latest technology only a few practitioners have access to. My sleep and level of mental relaxation has never been better. They also have vitamins for helping your body maximize its own hgh (human growth hormone) necessary for vitality and cell rejuvenation.

My mom and I came here after a half marathon for some therapeutic massage. If you’re looking for western-style massage with relaxing aromatherapy, this won’t be for you. If you’re looking for a place that will restore your energy, help you sleep at night, and heal with a wealth of reflexology knowledge, you’ve found it. The process won’t be comfortable, but it will be worth it. We had the day’s soreness worked away. I had some old muscle injuries (from 3 years ago) pointed out and worked on without me even mentioning them! Luke has decades of knowledge about the human body, and that’s clear in his work.

One of the best places for a real foot reflexology experience. Yes its a bit more painful but its because they're doing it the right way. The other places are more foot massage with some slight pressure. If you want a real experience getting true foot reflexology, this is the place to go!

Wow the best reflexology massage I’ve ever gotten. Makes me feel like every “reflexology” place I’ve been before has been fake! This is the real deal - painful but the good kind where he finds the right points and makes the knots vanish. The massage itself is not the relaxing type, but afterward my body feels 100x better, I’m relaxed, and motivated by his advice for preventing tension from building up in the future.There’s not a big sign so look at the pictures of the storefront on Google to help you find it. It’s one level up in the mall across from the food court. The area is a little dicey but I’m so glad I came here. 100% would be a regular here if I lived in Vancouver!!

Luke's acupressure treatments are amazing and he is very good at what he does. This is the only thing that has ever helped my muscle pain. If you have muscle pain or soreness, this is for you. It's more intense than a typical massage but really digs deep for the muscles to recover. Highly recommend this place! Lisa at the front desk is an amazing, lovely human as well. All around great vibes here!

I had a suspicion that the five star reviews were fake but I tried to have an open mind. My experience was the furthest thing from relaxation. The therapist was massaging and acting as receptionist. She would leave mid massage to answer the phone or talk to a walk in. Bright lights. Tiny room. And one customer even left her kid in my room while she got a massage. Now I had a 4 year old jumping on my chair and making small talk. Worst $70 I ever spent.

I've had major pain in my lower back, and shoulders for the past year, the result of an ankle injury I had previously which threw off my alignment. I've seen doctors, physio, chiro and other massage therapist, but none compared to the treatment I received from Luke, who knew exactly where to push to release major tension that I've been holding on to for years! Highly recommend him.

A hidden gem I'm glad to stumble upon. Paid 80 for the combo as a first time customer and the guy treating me really cares for my health. Super strong and very knowledgeable about tightness in the body. If in the area again will definitely come back!
