Ben was very professional and went over everything with the security and camera system. He installed everything exactly how I wanted, cleaned up after himself and we had great conversations and laughs during the process. Our technician Jay was so awesome!! He arrived early and he even accommodated us when we had in impromptu appointment come up. He volunteered to return the following day to finish the installation process. He explained everything on the cameras, doorbell, etc… Jay was very organized, knowledgeable and a great customer advocate!I cannot say enough good things about Jay!I look forward to a long relationship with ADT and their service!
