I got in touch with Alex to let him know about a clogged drain in my basement. Alex was attentive to my call and tried to determine the nature of the problem I was experiencing by asking me some really important questions. He was really professional and thorough, and he was able to come out a few hours after speaking to him. He merely advised beginning with a camera inspection because it might show whether the problem is still present or not. Fortunately, it appears that I had a temporary obstruction, but another plumber might have been quick to suggest that I also needed other services. Was nice, explained what he was doing and asked my preference when options were available. At the end it seemed the Garbage Disposal was leaking but it was the dishwasher hose which was loose.
