They didn't have the fridge we wanted left. The lady had some difficulty finding other locations. It was faster on my phone than the system.

The store is very big and had a great product selection. Employees were easy to find and happy yo answer our questions. The only downside I would say is that the prices were a bit high compared to other stores like Canac. There's loads of parking and even self service cash register

I went today. I brought my renovation plan in meters (because I copied the dimensions from the Certificat de localisation). There were only TWO dimensions, an L shape kitchen. The guy said he needs inches; I wonder how difficult it could be to convert from cm to inches. Please, explain a basic conversion to your employees. They can even use Google in 30 seconds to convert. Finally, the guy said: This is an American company." As I said

Hello! This is a kryptonite store, you go in for paint an come out with saws haha.The staff here are very respectful and understanding, I don't speak perfect French and they go out of their way to make me feel comfortable when asking questions even if they are not as fluent in English. They make crafting and wood working less stress!High recognition to this store!

Super slow service for cutting blinds. Asked customer service several times to send someone to cut the blinds but the worker never came. I had to go to the paint department to fetch the woman to cut the blinds. I never understand why they don’t just tell me to go see the woman in the paint department. To summarize, service is terrible.

Don't order an appliance on delivery from The Home Depot if you need it within the next month. I was promised delivery within 2 days for a washing machine and now 2 weeks later I still don't have it and no one is willing to take the blame. Home Depot blames the carrier, the carrier blames the manufacturer, the manufacturer blames Home Depot. The refuse to cancel the order. Unbelievably bad customer service. Never again.
